To get rid of visceral fat is only through a healthy diet! Exercise can only firm and tone but it doesn't get rid the inner fat (visceral fat). When you want to lose weight, you don't just do exercise you need to eat healthy too. That's why a lot of people are still struggling in the gym. Yeah let's say you shed some weight but if you don't back it up with a healthy eating lifestyle, you'll look soggy and possibly doubling your size if you stop exercising.
