Well my mom would always come at me about my nose whenever we fell out for WHATEVER reason. She'd call me an eggplant nose, not so flattering. Fast forward to me being 22, I just got my 2nd nose job 5 days ago.

I speak English as a third language and I totally got it: She says in the beginning she had 14 nose jobs. She was narrating and mentioned her ninth procedure, he asked what number are we at? Well, 9! And how old are you? well, 25! She WAS 25 when she had her ninth nose job!
If he used "were" or "how old are we at this time", I'm sure it would've been more clear. Maybe it's the editing leaving some part out.

But I think the confusing thing is that he asks “how old are you?” And as this video shows it, it comes across as him asking about how old she is when they’re speaking with her but I think he asks it in reference to the story; like “how old are you at this point in the story?” which isn’t clear.

If you feel like you have to change your personality/appearance/you to make someone else happy. Leave, I know it's hard. But you're strong. There is only one you, you have to live your life with the choices you've made and are going to make. Don't change to please other people. If you have to change, change because YOU want to. Because YOU want to be a different person. NOT because someone else doesn't like you for you. I always tell myself, If they don't like me for me; there is someone out there who loves me for me.

There aren’t people get surgery to get big noses, common sense.
Ye cuz tiny noses are the "ideal" rn. But bigger noses actually suit some faces, usually people with bigger features overall. I'm talking about big noses, not gigantic noses. And a lot of people look weird when they get rhinoplasty but also get a ton of cheek and jaw filler and their face looks too big for their nose.

Most people don't need nose jobs that get them. My ex is black and got a nose job because he wanted a nose like mine, I'm white, I had to explain that just because he likes the chiseled look of a white nose doesn't mean it would suit him and luckily he ended up keeping his natural shape and just going a little smaller.
It's like the second girl, I'm guessing she's of Arab/west Asian decent and that is a typical nose for her race to have, just because I'm guessing her white ex wanted her to have a white girl nose which was never going to suit her the same as her natural nose

There are countless Arabs with “chiseled” and/or small noses naturally and it suits them just fine, I am one of them. There is NO such thing as a “typical” West Asian nose. PS. Iran is the plastic surgery/rhinoplasty capital of the Middle East and they’re not Arab.

I'm not even interested in any plastuc surgery but these doctors are true artists, giving back to the patients their self esteem and happyness. They use their power for good.
i find it interesting how the doctor doesn't necessarily does "beautiful" noses, but ones that have structure and work the way they should.

She didn't say she's 25 at the time of her meeting the two docs. She said she was 25 at the time of her 9th surgery (she was talking about it!) and she had mentioned that she has had 14 surgeries total.

They did well with what they had to work with.
GHULAM ABBAS his nose was completely collapsed. They did an amazing job. They opened up that mans nose so he can actually breathe from it, pursue his singing career. They changed that mans life. I disagree with you completely. They did a great job. Not all about looks.

I have a bump on my nose, I always considered it my biggest flaw.
When I started to study classical art, I discovered that at certain time periods a slight bump on a woman's nose and longer noses in general were considered very attractive.
What if this bump on my nose is a fashion statement just waiting to make a comeback? What if a couple of years from now it'll become a beauty ideal? You know, just like the gap in between front teeth that all models stated having at some point?
My nose as it is might not be considered ideal right now, but things can change. We just need confident people sporting their "imperfect" noses more and maybe one day we will be envied for our "imperfection".
Beauty is a matter of perception, I believe we can change the way people see noses instead of changing our noses for them. Just you wait and see! :D

I had breast implants, liposuction, botox filler etc.. the ONLY thing Ive ever been hesitant about is getting a nose job. It’s too risky and theres many chances you wont like the result. I dont think i will ever get on.. as for now.

I was always criticized for nose, when I was a kid. But now, After puberty, My nose turned into beautiful one. The ones who used to tease me now they have noses which get criticizm from another people. The thing which runs in my brain is " karma is real".

Growing up, I used to hate my nose. I wanted surgery, but I wasn't sure because I was afraid I would lose my face. Like I would look myself in the mirror and need time to get used to my new face. Then something just clicked and I understood my nose was fine. My dad had the same nose and he is a handsome guy, I inherited it from him. I'm Peruvian and this type of curvy nose is very common, so it was part of my exotic Latina nose. I had a boyfriend from the USA and I told him that story, he said he thought my nose was beautiful the way it was because it was unique, it was mine, it was recognizable. Messing up with your face is a big challenge because you see your face every day, it's a vital part of your self-concept. If people feel insecure about a face feature, they should take time to analyze why they hate it. Most of the time, the reasons are emotional insecurity instead of a true good motive, and no surgery can make you more confidence if you are lacking self-love.

Someone once asked me, have you had plastic surgery on your face? I was so upset, because then I knew I was right, that I looked sort of weird. My nose is small and spikey but wonky, and one cheekbone is way less developed. One nostril is way more open and higher... It just looks creepy. It actually feels like the cartilage didn't even develop over that side of the nostril. I feel botched from birth, but I'm so thankful that I'm not actually botched. Well done to these doctors changing these people's lives, healing their trauma. How beautiful

This made me feel better about my nose job. The doctor gave me a perky nose I didn't ask for and the tip is larger than my natural nose was. And there's a scar on the left side. But it's not half as bad as these were.
