They surely don´t get such clients every day. Those are rather exeptions.
Those “well educated surgeons” are telling a lot of inaccuracies to make the patient look outrageous for the drama of the show. No, implants don’t pop when you overfill them. They have incredible strength because they need to survive in all kinds of situations. Outside of the body implants can easily take 100 times their rated amount of fill and be fine, so inside the body 5 or 6 times the fill is not a big problem as has been demonstrated by many women over the years. This woman went on to get her implants increased by over double the size after this vid aired so it shows their “impossible” conclusion makes no sense and is just for TV-ratings (which she ofc. knows having signed up for the show)

The show is a money grab, what are you talking about? The advice they give is based on inaccuracies... Everybody with a passion for plastic surgery can tell they are largely just creating drama when there is none. Case in point: The woman in the vid did the “impossible” and went over twice as large after filming

Late reply, but this woman is currently at 4000cc (she went a lot bigger) and in the UK I know girls much bigger, even close to 10k cc per boob. World’s largest is probably Beshine at more than 20k per breast... Is it the healthiest choice? Probably not. Is it pretty? To the vast majority not. But yea, these women have a big obsession with size and body transformation much like body builders do and they’re willing to take some risk to achieve their goals. They’re not hurting anyone

It is very unlikely to die as a direct result of having large implants. I guess each surgery comes with risks, but size is not a real factor there.

@@kanyebreast6072 She has saline implants. The body has no trouble dealing with saline in the rare case of a rupture… People get saline intravenously all the time as you know. Most of it would be contained in the pocket anyway and just taken when a new shell would be placed. Again, in the RARE case of a rupture.
On the subject of rupture, she has like a double fill in this vid. These shells have been shown to hold at least 100 times their rated size outside of the body and many people have their implants at 4, 5 or 6 times the rated fill. The rating is not for safety by any means, it’s the fill amount the implants have their designed shape, size and feeling: Somewhat natural looking. It’s also the range where they are FDA approved, not because it wouldn’t be possible or safe to approve them at other fill amounts, but because it take incredible amounts of time and money to go through the approval process at all different kinds of fill amounts for this niche audience. It’s not what the average consumer is looking for.
Infection and sepsis? Well yea, that could happen in so many cases. Belly button piercing, tattoo, getting stung by a bee… What’s you point? I don’t see what large implants has to do with that tbf. Sure XL breast implants come with a bit more risks of complications, but that’s a tiny bit more on top of already very little risk. Millions of breast augmentations are performed each year and altho risks are present, they’re very, very rare.
