I have a question so I'm currently on track to submit my first bid but I am lacking funds to pay for the product they need if I win so would it be best if I apply for a business credit card ? Just a reminder I'm trying to go in to government contracting as a broker so if they need a product I can find a supplier and charge a rate/fee on top of the price it's gonna cost to ship and buy the product. You pointed to "these are the sections" you want to include in your proposal which is not proposal writing. It's talking about proposal writing in a very general sense. Show how to write a proposal. I already know where to get the information show the deliverables that you send in.

Do you write your own proposals or do you have someone write them for you? Do you suggest using a proposal writer?
Both. For more intense proposals I put it together.
