What's a good Commercial cold calling script?
I just got into commercial work and I think walking in from the street is a great approach, and pitch it similar to residential. Hey was just gettin back from an estimate and saw you had this, we're offering courtesy inspections etc etc.
If it a flat roof see if they have any water damage on ceiling or just straight up ask if they do.
