Quick update on my journey in the business brother. 4 months in now and I’m only 6 jobs behind 1st place! I just got locked in to go to Maui this winter all paid for by my company!!! I’ve been slapping 10 jobs a week up on the board making that push for top claims specialist this year and I didn’t start until June 1st with zero experience in the industry!!! I broke my personal best this week with 15 approved jobs!!! My VP took has taken major notice of the work I’ve been putting in and started a contest between me and the top guy to make it even more competitive going into our final push before winter, whoever hits 60 more jobs before the end of the year gets 10k cash. I slapped him with 15 jobs on the board the first week of the contest and he only got 3 😂💰🙏 I should have the top CS spot and 10k in my pocket within 6 weeks!!!!!! I’m looking forward to next year so I can start smashing company records!!!! Cheers 🍻

Many cities will have a way where you can find all the HOAs and their board members and addresses. I was able to find these lists for 2 of the larger markets I work out of. I was able to find them with a pretty easy internet search.

Any tips on getting into a gated community that requires you to have an appointment with some resident? No access to HOA board members or any resident. Some places I've found have strict rules - no signs in yards, no soliciting, and only allow you in if you have a specific address you're going to.
Hey John, I sure do :) Personalized direct mail :) Use an interactive map on on app like Landglide, Spotio, Hail Recon, OnX, or HuntStand to click the properties to get the addresses and homeowner name. Use personalized direct mail and send a 2-3 letter series (5-7 days apart). Expect a 1-5% response rate. The leads that call off those are HOT HOT HOT. My question had to do with hoa's that attempt to trespass you and call the police on you.

@@TheRoofStrategist If I were you I'd do some research on trespassing laws and no solicitation and supreme Court rulings that support doing what we do for a living. Another way for you to put out some videos and get some more content on your page or your channel.
But also thank you so much for putting out these videos I know they help so many people out that struggle with door knocking jobs.
