Im having this same issue with both of my Thermostats. I was able to factory reset one but not the other. Ill be redoing them using this hopefully.

Hi watched your videos on the Amazon thermostat. I am having an issue with turning the ECO off. Would you know how to turn off the ECO?

Not sure what you mean by ECO mode? I don't use that. The only eco mode I know of is setting the temp at 74F or higher in cooling mode and 68F or lower in heating mode. That's when the little green tree icon shows that it is in eco mode and if you adjust the temperature out of that range, it's no longer performing as economically. If you're still stuck, I recommend doing a factory reset and doing the setup over again. I have made other videos on how to do that. Hope that helps.

The QR code is in the instruction manual that came with the thermostat and it's also printed on the back of the thermostat itself.

The only fix for these unreliable thermostats is to toss them in the garbage and go to the hardware store and buy a dumb thermostat.
