You may not have seen my blog/vlogs, but I have to use a walker to go anything beyond 200 meters or so. (Rheum Arth.) So, I totally get the need to understand one's own limits... but also, when it's worth just pressing beyond them. Only occasionally - and as age is also now taking toll, those occasions are stretching even further apart! Snow - I am so glad you made that trek and took the time when you needed it to rest - as well as allowing for a day out to recover. Those scenes are definitely worth it. YAM xx
And Curt- you rock dude! Sometimes when you’re nervous all you need is your person to be there with you to help you feel better! Showing up like you did - one of the reasons I love watching your adventures- you are so well matched and balance each other! And you could tell how much your presence helped her! 🎉🎉❤❤

I think Austria and Switzerland has been the most beautiful and much more beautiful than the South American views.
Na América do Sul, falo do Brasil, meu país , tem paisagens deslumbrantes tb. Kurt é Snow não exploraram o Brasil, pois ficaram pouco tempo.Temos um litoral com 8,5mil km2 de praias lindíssimas que na Europa não tem. Temos tb mais p/ sul do país , canions maravilhosos, com alturas consideráveis.
Mas a Suíça tem enormes montanhas e é um país lindo, mas pequeno, diante do tamanho do Brasil que é um continente com diversidades de belezas. E temos o principal, um país onde o povo é acolhedor, simpático , alegre, com muitas pessoas descendentes de muitas nacionalidades, e que se misturaram, fazendo um povo miscigenado e bonito. E na Europa ou em qualquer parte do mundo não há país como o Brasil, com sol ano inteiro.
Sou a descendente de alemães com italianos e agradeço por meus antepassados escolherem viver aqui e suas gerações futuras fincaram raízes neste país. Que dizemos: "abençoado por Deus e bonito por natureza".

Snow. I have to admit. Your last two videos got me.
2014 I suffered a life threatening situation with my health. Have not been the same. Along withPanic attacks
And anxiety. Brought on by menopause I fell into a trap. My whole system fell apart. My life PAUSED. Ten years now. I made small strides. Not to get into detail. I watched the last two videos and I thought.
If she can at least try it. So can I. Made me cry so much. And I know. WE DO IT AFRAID. I understand. I would love to travel that way. In a van. My next challenge is the ✈️ as a military wife I traveled and flew a lot over 24 years. 2012 was the last time I flew. One day. God willing.

Snow, I made the biggest mistake ever. I decided to go out in my van and go to a campground and it was 100*, I have heart problems too. And my heart rate was in the 125+ all day in the shade not doing a thing. I thought I was going to have to call 911. I feel for you 100%! It’s scary no way I could have walked that. It it was cooler I might have been fine. I was by myself to which I always do but the heat and not feeling like eating took me down.

Kandersteg is the location of the World Scout HQ with its large campsite. Did you see the vehicle carrying train that comes through from Italy?
When you saw Curt, his smile is enough to reassure you and the rest of us. All is well as long as somewhere you both know you will meet up. It reminds me when Curt was talking about you when you were still in the hospital. His fear and love for you was felt by everyone. Your voice when you were at your lowest can be felt by everyone, too. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful. But your love is even more beautiful. ❤ The kitties are the cherry on top. ❤❤

There used to be a small bus who brought people back up to the gondola station from Oeschinensee. Anyway, happy you had a sunny day since it's one of the worst summers / autumns we had for a long time. And glad you made it safely back to the van, you got me worried there!

WoW what a scenery the colors! I think for mountain lovers Switzerland is it -expensive but worth it, sorry you got sick I do think about what happened to you in BA very strange take care also many strange things happening to travelers today maybe it's the weather. Just wanted to add east europe mountains are not really worth seeing might be expensive as swiss and run by very greedy people but there is maybe only one place that is beautiful and not known Poland the mountains nature wild animals looks like the way mountains and forest should be not destroyed like in so many places in world

I was worried about you coming down that trail but then when you got to the train and sounded alot better I stopped worrying. That ferry train was pretty cool.
