Holy smokes this is packed full of great information. You are a great teacher. I've watched all your videos and this one has convinced me to join LAFBelite. Thank you for taking the time to help others become better anglers. I also really appreciate your thoughts and ideas on conservation
Thank you, Jason. I appreciate you! I strongly recommend starting with Inshore Fishing 101. It's a lot, but worth the effort. After that, be sure to check out the Community for the latest fishing reports, and be sure to give us a heads up when planning your next fishing trip. Chances are we can give you some good intel on fishing spots and safe routes so you have a safe and productive trip. If you've completed 101 then you'll know the lingo we use. Anyone else wanting to learn more about the benefits of LAFB Elite can do so at this video here: www.lafbelite.com/join/
@@captaindevin I am halfway through 101 and it's hands down the best course I've ever taken. I've completed courses from other captains I highly respect but they can't compare to what I've learned in 101 and I'm only halfway through. My hat is off to you for the effort you have put in to these lessons. I've never enjoyed taking a quiz until now. Ha! It really helps "cement" what you are learning
“This dude again, lol”? If you’re referring to Captain Devin, I’d say this is one ‘dude’ who offers the kind of information that even experienced anglers may not realize don’t know. This is a great video, full of information that people either don’t realize or don’t think about - many thanks!
Yeah, it's crazy to me that people spend too much time at 1 or 2 spots. I like to power fish.I mean, i've fished 3 and 4 hours , and finally found them by moving around constantly
Stellar video. You should honestly repost this a second time with a different title. Something like how to properly fish current with lures. This information is good for fresh water and saltwater world wide for all species. My biggest takes for others on this video is - Fish as light as you possibly can while being able to determine your lure IS hitting that zone. If you cant tell, add weight until you can tell. If the current is just WAY too heavy to understand what your lure is doing, then fish heavy off the back.
When you join LAFB Elite you get access to all of my courses and the LAFB Elite Community. Learn what really matters on your next fishing trip and talk to like-minded anglers to learn where the fish are biting. Zero ads, zero social media, zero bullshit: www.lafbelite.com/join-lafb-elite/
Hehe.....either he's leaving out some important information. Or he's not as good as he proclaims to be. Some of the info he's providing is correct though. But there are at least three crucial variables that he isn't listing. And yes, i have over 30 years of experience catching grey trout, speckies, and other types of species in the Chesapeake bay and the Atlantic ocean.
