I’ve been eating sardines my whole life and I’m 65. I quit eating them when I noticed what I was buying came from China. When I found New Brunswick, I started eating them again because I trust their quality control. I’m so glad I found NB brand because now I can enjoy my favorite snack - sardines and crackers with hot sauce - and know that i’m getting a high quality product.

Sad there is not more companies doing this. I worked seafood for years especially from hunts point NYC it's all frozen now. The trade even goes as far to ship say shrimp from south to china or India get processed then sent back here as block frozen something many consumers are unaware of. It's a crime shame cost of living has killed or is killing a good hard working trade. Just my opinion

Brunswick sardines are my favourite. I eat a can every day of the year at my very first meal of the day and it is my favourite meal of the day, regardless of whether it turns out to be a late-night meal or a breakfast. I like the steaks the best, but I have only ever seen them at my local Dollarama in Toronto, and they are not often available there either. So, I usually have to settle for the more easily available water-packed ones. They are great too, just a tad less convenient than the steaks, but the distinction is really minor.

I prefer brisling sardines. They are half the size, less fishy and tastes much better imo. I get the King Oscar brisling sardines in extra virgin olive oil. It’s close to double in price but it’s so worth it. No scales too.

Which is best: Sadines in water, soya oil or olive oil? I live in the beautiful, tranquil Islands of The Bahamas and love Brunswick Sardines.

They don't mention the sardines canned in Maine! A! Also delicious, my mom worked in the factories for years, and cut to size to fit the cans! I still buy them, though I don't live in New England anymore because of the cold!!!!! Miss those times! 1

Stop using seed oils in your sardines it's not healthy. Use olive, avocado or no oil at all.

they can herring, not sardines. It has a different appearance, and taste. No, they are not the same. To place sardines on the can and put herring in it is wrong.
