- This is Avus, a highly recognised company from the early 20th century. It built its reputation up on being simple and easy, always catering to those who needed affordable transport. During the war, it was taken over by the German forces almost immediately, being forced to design and produce military vehicles. Now the war is finished, it finds itself possessing a large amount of money, however all of its factories are beyond disrepair, so it now seeks to rebuild it infrastructure and focus on rebuilding not only itself, but central Europe as well.
Today we go racing. Using our very first car as the platform, we design and race our very own racecar!

That touring car variant looks to be possibly one pf the best vehicles you've ever made on this channel. Thing was virtually on rails through basically the entire course.
I'm as amazed as you are, the grip and balance of it is probably the best I've ever experienced from any car I've ever made, its truly something else! I'm happy you like it as much as I do!

7:15 not sure if I’m misunderstanding what you’re saying, but to clarify the old model will continue to be produced and sold until the factory retools [the blue bars in timeline] - it does not shut down during engineering[yellow bar in timeline]. Additionally, there are tools on the timeline to build a stockpile of cars you can sell while the factory retools.
It is still good to have low engineering time, so that you can get out a newer, more in-demand car sooner, but engineering does not stop your sales.
You got the idea right, the main worry I had was having the factory shut down for a long period of time as it would result in a lot of losses, but I think I have it under control now. Thank you for your information though, I'll be sure to use it in the future!

For future rally endeavors, you can use either the “normal” (which is already quite soft) or the “soft” presets and with a little bit of fiddling around you can get a very good rally suspension setup.
I ended up going almost into full comfort for the suspension settings on this, as the vehicle is so light, it's suspension is very unforgiving! But thank you for the information, I'll make use of it in the future!
Love the series so far, you are putting a lot of work into our entertainment and yours, you're also encouriging me to do the same in automation.
Also, maybe try putting the prop commands to your cars? I know that's a bit of work but it'd be really fun to see.

PS: if you'll do the prop stuff then the current steering wheel you have isn't fit for it :P

If you swap your drivetrain type from say rear wheel drive to four-wheel drive and then swap it back, it resets the exhaust piping making it play nicer with your fixtures.

Just in case you are not aware you can pause the production of specific trims in the campaign overview. This is how you prevent overproduction of unprofitable or specialist vehicles.
I ended up discovering that the factories auto adjust how many vehicles it produces in relation to all the models in the factory, so the factory will only produce 10% S variants and the rest however demand is looking :)
@@ZenturiAutomotive The factories do not auto adjust well, also you lose efficiency for having more trims in production and I beleive you regain that efficiency if you pause the production on a trim but I might be wrong.
I adore the way you make the custom interiors for your cars! Id love to make some too but i dont know how so i ask for a short tutorial on making interiors

You can get more costumers for cars if you set up suspension how it is desired. Watch at costomer desirability when making new car/facelifting
I did do that, I made the suspension for the new S model a lot more sporty as that increased its desirability, I believe as a whole, the engine is quite flawed due to its low reliability and fuel efficiency

As a next stage, and seeing that the Avus 200 will soon be done, why not make a twin-cam boxer for sporting variants of cars? It would help in gaining experience for future products.

Please do get it! It will take a little bit of time to learn, but you have an almost unlimited creative freedom to use and make vehicles with!
You’ve forgotten the Centre Mirror also would be nice if you add a mirror to the right.
In the 50s, most cars didn't have a centre mirror and a lot of cars also just had the one mirror on the driver's side, the cars were small enough to where you could turn your head and see everything, in the future, that will come

would be neat if there was a specifically utility option soon or later down the line, something that would most likely have a passenger variant on the side, pretty much opposite of the other cars with them being passenger with a utility on the side, and also would diversify the range a bit. basically, t r u c k
