Either it can be a software testing tool experience or some testing courses from reputed institutes. Avoid showing any fake experiences as this can ruin your career. Work hard and make the best use of your abilities instead of getting trapped in fake experiences.
How unfortunate and depressing it is they don't want skill but experience how the hell we will get that 🙁
If i work as tester in a company and mention that i work as developer will it works
many start up company don't have pf deductions rules and gives the full payment without any deduction, many of my friends are doing jobs with 6+lpa package but doesn't have pf account.
How is it possible, because as per rules if the company has employees greater than 20 then pf should be deducted.
ok then how freshers will get job who came from non it background ...
There is a additional check you forgot to mention but less followed ,I had to undergo it.
The HR at the other hiring company asked me to send a simple email from my official mail id that was given by my current employer.
This proves that I am using an official email id belonging to the current employer.It is quite effective to catch fake experience.
Also an extra check is to see if tds deduction is taking place.So tds certificate or 26as can also be requested.This is besides pf passbook.
If any company gives you experience so they can also generate email for you. Regarding PF is not mandatory for each employee but is depends on your salary.

In my previous company after 4 month of joining they created my EPF account so that there is no reflection of 4 months.
I have 18 moth experience , 14 month PF contribution are reflected.

I already send joint declaration form for father name correction.dont know how much time it will take.
With in a month i have to join new organization.will incorrect father name in epfo will create any problem in background verification.
Do IT company checks father name in epfo portal for background verification.
Do we have to send the hardcopy or the softcopy of all the educational documents for background verification check? Please reply.

@@electricpants5624 no it's not. If no one is going to give chance to non it freshers then how are they supposed to have experience in the first place. Talking about the Students in it background feeling like they deserve job over others just becoz they got the IT tag is complete non sense. Anyone who has the knowledge and willing to do hard work should be given chance regardless of his background.
@@omkar1275 if you do not have technical experience in the IT field and still wanna join the IT industry you can apply as a fresher. If you apply as an experienced candidate showing fake experience you deserve to get kicked right on your ass for taking away that position from a better deserving candidate.
In many places they check
1. Personal references such as managers by actually calling them & asking
2. Role/ designation with specified salary
3. criminal records
4. Duration of working 5. Gaps in career 6. Any side job you are doing 7.In tcs they also checked exact location of home by sharing gps location with photographs of house/flat . 8. Last 3-4 months salary slip 9. Relieving letter 10.Resignation letter or mail with HR name So never never tell your fake experience if you want to work in some different technology then learn them and search in same company to work on them by asking your manager/hr and then switch using your real experience

first of all , if you apply with gap years , your profile won't get interview call/shortlisted so basically yu can't lie . so what the candidates r supposed to do now. sit at home or atleast tell them the solution how they can get selected ,don't they hav any options? are they not eligible for jobs?

You should give your PF details. Even companies can generate new PF account for you.
They don't hire you if you have not worked . Also companies give trainings before going on floor . So in Training you can give your best .
How they check background verification for contract jobs. Some private companies salary given in hand. At that time how can we show the bank statement sir.

@@Sj-bh6wm yeah , I'm working with 4 years of fake exp in a Pune company with 15 LPA . I cleared all the rounds with best remarks. Company wanted skills which I had. I'm happily earning. While experience guys like 4 years in a MNC are still earning 6.5LPA

Yes they do.My bank statements were requested by hiring company.
Also they want pdf statements where salary is credited, with logo of bank and everything.
How can they verify that? They can't just ask the bank if my statements are true no?

Don't give fake experience. 7 years means a team leader or manager
Just tell you were doing some business or other similar thing. 7 years to hide is too large.

Two days back received mail for second round of interview
First round interview it mentioned ( IVS RAI)
second round interview it mentioned ( ADM RAI)
But I applied for automation testing second round ADM is for developer role
