Either it can be a software testing tool experience or some testing courses from reputed institutes. Avoid showing any fake experiences as this can ruin your career. Work hard and make the best use of your abilities instead of getting trapped in fake experiences.
Look i don't have a choice. I would love to join as a fresher but No company will give a chance to me. Even i don't want to start my career with fake base. But i don't have any option other than using a fake experience.

I have worked in an very little startup, even that's not a startup, 8 people company, for 1.5 year, If i provide those offer and experience certificates without bank statement since I was paid in hand and thru gpay. Will it considered as Fake experience? And that is also an pvt Ltd company only. Even I have EPF number with it.

no, pf is not mandatory. many small companies don't provide PF. I have done it myself and I have switched 3 companies (4 if we count the fake one) and still it's fine. but dont go to big companies like tcs or cognizant

You're right. It's better to be at peace of mind and just accept your gap years
If you cover your gap years with fake certificates and get caught you'd be in a lot of trouble. Hell you could have a fraud case against you
Then when you join your next company you'd have to explain an even bigger gap year(including the last company which caught you)+ you'd have no relieving letter

The consequences of getting caught are much more than the consequences of telling the truth 🤷🏻♂️
In MNC's hell it's just too risky to even try and lie. Their background verification is done by 3rd party companies who have already done several lakhs of checks.
Also, if you show income it will be hard to cover up with a bank statement or pf or relieving letter.
It's just too risky to jeopardize your life for something that small
Just say you had gap years and want to continue with your life
