The standards in today's recruitment is insane. They are looking for the purist who has excelled in everything and has done no mistakes in his life. I don't blame people for lying to the company because it makes sense.
My friends, those who took fake experience, are living a good life. I was 10 times better than them. They just came to IT because of money, and I am in IT because I love tech and computers from my childhood. Now, I don't have a job. I have more than 1 year of experience, and it's difficult to find a job nowadays for someone with 1+ years of experience. I am 29 now, and I don't have my own house. I think I should have my own house at this age. However, my friends, those who took fake experience, have a house, car, big package, and most of them will marry soon. I am paying the price of being honest.
I know how you feel, buddy. But having a house and a car doesn't necessarily mean they are living a good life. At the end of the day, it's the peace of mind and job satisfaction that matters the most 😊 if they really are in IT only for money with no interest, then they are probably hating every second of their job but stuck in this rat race due to home loans, car EMI. You'll definitely find a satisfactory job and get a nice paying job few years down the line, if you keep improving your skillset. I myself got rejected 30 times as a fresher and started as a PHP developer with 5k salary per month and 7 years later ended up getting 7-8 offers around 26-27LPA.
If you are not getting a job, then you need to find the root cause or the reason why? is it because of skill gap? is it because of lack of expertise? is it because your Resume is not getting shortlisted? Please find out the reason and if you fix the reason I am sure you will get a job.
Many things have changed in 20 years, but corporate masters typical mentality remains same ie, why gaps, why should I hire you, why are you leaving that job? etc.
I was fired from one of my previous company because i took an off on my birthday eventhough i cleard bgv, the truth is the management can't digest if we spend a day happly 😅😅😅😅😅
very properly put forward.... nobody is happy to put fake experience on their resume... it's only because of the option they have left with....m not against or in support of this... but understand the situations of a fresh or experienced employee....and also if someone is using he should be very good at those skills...he should have his proof of work to show the recruiter that he capable of doing those things
We can bring in laws to enable the entry level person to work for two/three months without compensation and then recruit into the organization based on individual performances. That way both the employee and employer get benefited.
Companies consider it as crime & obsolete like old technology if someone has a career gap... break such as baby care, business establishments, family/personal issues etc... Many people internally switch roles from HR,tech support to software developers then why shouldn't be considered if given genuine reason.
I saw a job requirement in SAP ariba ..as the recruiter posted like he experienced needed was 15+ years even thkugh the SAP ARIBA was started 10 years ago..my company itself is putting 3 years fake on top of my original 2 years experience and saying they need clients for running company..this is the issue in india... lack of proper startups and clients among indian born MNCs themselves is the main issue .. and the source of all this is indian families always make their kids to study btech and becomes software engineers even though they take ece, or ,eee, mech or civil ..end game was to join software . Just starting new companies wont help ... we need client companies to be indian born as well.. so there will rapid growth in both requirement and also productions
It's all merry until someone gets caught... Many Companies have done a repeated stringent BGV exercise for the entire workforce including for experienced folks Company's have zero tolerance on fake exp or certification etc, and end result is "Termination"

My friend who is unemployed for 5 years had multiple backlogs in college.produced fake experience of 5 years and joined an MNC and now honest people who were selected in campus were laid off after their first year but not him . Tell me how is this fair ???

I don't take a stance on whether endorsing fake experience is right or wrong. However, it's evident that companies often disapprove of career gaps, providing a generic response like "we will get back to you." Interestingly, a considerable number in the IT field resort to inflating their experience by 2 or 3 years for various reasons. It's worth noting that companies also employ a form of deception by assuring clients of having skilled resources to secure project deals. If corporations employ such tactics, can we not consider it analogous when individuals enhance their experience? The key is to focus on genuine skill acquisition, pursue opportunities, and avoid resorting to proxies, as ultimately, personal effort is essential for success.
The current system of IT market functions in a way that forces individuals to resort to fabricating their work experience due to the absence of any provision for career gaps. However, if companies were to adopt a policy of acknowledging career gaps, it would mitigate the need for individuals to resort to such subterfuge. This, in turn, would create a more transparent and reliable hiring process.
Nowadays they do CIBIL check as well. One of my colleague had very poor CIBIL score, this did not come out during initial BGV but it came later after 3 months that his CIBIL score is less and he needs to improve or else he will be out of the project. As a project manager I had take a decision. He was a very good resource with very sound technical knowledge. The BGV team asked him to improve his CIBIL score but he was not interested. As a manager I shielded him to a certain extent, I gave him few months to improve the score but he didn't but ultimately he was removed from proj. It was a banking proj.

He gets the answer. WE DON'T CONSIDER CAREER GAPS. Now you tell me , if one wants to switch to a different role what option he is left with
Communication is very important and how the way you talk and how the way you gone through the project to complete and maintain the project ......its all myth...be positive and never lose hope...dont subscribe these kind of channels...
Stop making negative videos and speak something positive to overcome these. Fear mongering and negative stuff we already see in our workplaces and get them spewed by our managers. You don't have to repeat it here just because u are one manager.
Everything is fair in this corporate world. If u win u lead, if u lose u guide. If bgv has passed you can learn and earn but if your bgv failed then you get experience to put somewhere else. But one should never giveup on learning to grow.
If the all it companies hire the talented and skilled persons if he has career gap also then there is no fake experience candidates will not come if a person has career gap there are so many reasons he has like govt exam preparations, family situations, worked in other industries but now want to get IT job then he went coaching and gained skills then he want to join as a fresher to get practical knowledge but no one it companies will not hire these candidates who are genuine then this candidate will decide to take fake experience and crack the interview and join in companies. I ask all it companies what happens if the carrer gap is there for the employees. This problem created by Some IT companies who don't want to take these candidates for this problem some consultancies taken advantage and created fake experience profiles.
there is also a case where you develop certain new skills but you do not get the opportinity to use them in yoir role , so to move into a new role in a bew company, people do shiw the new skills as experience.
Problem is that if u have taken a gap for doing other thinks then it shows that u can leave company any time ..for example if anyone has taken gap for government exam then it is possiblity that he can leave company again if he gets government job . If someone has taken gap for doing trading or buisness for creating passive income then company doesn't need u bcz u will be careless as u r also earning from other income. That's why company doesn't want GAP in career .that causes fake certificates
Like MSP for agri, Minimum salary for 15 years of full education cum skilled workforce need basic salary as per inflation, cross currency fluctuations, percentage in profits.
I have an non IT experience without uan number and pf number now I want to join new company and they ask about uan number when I don't have. How to deal with this, what should I reply to new company ?
I have interviewed people and after selection a completely different person joins. In another interview instance, i saw same person giving interview with a different name. Problem is that there are lots of genuine candidates who don’t even get interview calls.
My Wife joined an IT company, she was having 4years 11months of experience in that bank. Her first 9months she worked as a temporary employee and later she was confirmed as a permanent employee. In PF statement they have not included 9months as she was a temporary employee and salary was given in cash and no PF account was created during this 9months. Now that cooperative bank is under 35a and working under RBI directions. Now nobody is responding to BGV as one of them told that until the bank revival you will not get any response and also ex employees are not our priority now. They told on her face that they are not going to reply for her BGV from new company. Now this new company is behind that 9months where she has worked as temporary employee. She have no other proof except which they gave as a letter of joining as a temporary employee for those 9months. Company and BGV team is not leaving and they are behind her for these 9months. Will they snatch her job. How should she proceed with this situation? Kindly suggest and help. she has given every last piece of documents for this employment.
These days a lot of IT employees have false police complaints filed against them by spiteful relatives, neighbours and spouses. Will this show up in background check and can a prospective employee get rejected because of this ?
company wants degree then skills, i dont see anything wrong when company its self not honest with employees and lot of questions in interview why gap, what is done during gap,
What do you suggest or advice to those freshers or to those who had gap after education or gap after certain experience. It is really tough for them to find a job. They don't have an option other than faking it. Maybe you can make a video
Its has become impossible for freshers to get a job. Freshers are often blamed for not having relevant skills. But companies should understand that freshers are required to have 85% attendance criteria in college. These college students didn't have any role in the syllabus structure. How can they be blamed despite pouring lakhs in education?
If ur in extra curricular activities and winning competition or awards then attendance is not mendatory in college. I and my friends in a theatre group were used to participate in inter and intra college theatre competition hence my attendance was 20-30% even less than that. I got 55% in engineering. Still got job. Just service based companies check %. Bt other companies or clients went skills. If ur bad in coding u can join testing, automation, analytics, support like roles. Although I'm 2017 passout. Those days jobs are much and sw engineers are less. Now due to COVID break everyone is learning coding and other skills. Hence engineering graduate freshers are getting replaced by fake experience guys. Govn need to give priority to CS/IT graduate students. U have to blame Govn here
@@sankkham Why priority to cs/it students? The ece students in my college can code better than any cs/it guy. It was the cet ranking for the branch. Aurdino board and raspberry pi, Ece students have much rigorous coding curriculum than cs/it. Ece students study operating systems but cse/it don't. 72 microprocessor lab programs for ece students but just 12for cs/it.
@@bharath2508 cuz cs and it are core branches. If u wanted to become s/w engineers. Then why did u join e&tc? It's just money that all wanted to become s/w engineers. Before 2014 everyone wanted to become mech, civil or electronics. Bt now it's different. Now in Canada, usa people selecting construction and civil cuz jobs are more in those fields. No one actually care about education. All want money.
@@sankkham I already mentioned that it is the cet ranking. People are judged based on their mathematics , physics and chemistry to choose their engineering branch. On top of that deserving students are always betrayed by the government. 85% of the seats are reserved. Ece students have a much hectic syllabus than any other branch. It is more suited for coding than any other branch. Ece students learn web development but cse/it learn data analysis. See the syllabus before judging. If tsmc comes to India then all branches will shamelessly learn vlsi and verilog hdl for jobs. That is how the trend goes. Which is more easier to get a job?
@@bharath2508 iven if u go for masters aborad they will check ur branch. And if ur from cs/it then u have higher chance for getting cs or is or ba courses. u could have tried for any tier 3 college for cs degree. I am also from open caste and from tier 3 college. Although I passed out in 2017. Bt I also didn't get placement in service based companies. I got from off campus. In other foreign countries also people get placed from off campus. I mean what's the use of degree if u can't use that knowledge in ur job. CS and IT literally have core subjects. And I also did engineering. Instrumentation and e&tc have some IT subjects bt they are not in depth. This is India. It's not product based or manufacturing country. So waiting for semi conductor comoanies is like waiting for India's cricket World Cup.
The answer depends how desperate someone is to get a job. We don't know anyone's financial situation. Ethically, it is not right but do you think all IT companies are really ethical?
People create fake experience because Companies won't give job 1. If you have gap 2. If you don't have degree 3. Less pay etc To get job people create experiences.

After 1991 globalisation, government regularisation of education, interference in update of curriculum, controller of human resources was just left to independent regulatory institutions again which it lacks funds to revise latest skills, proactive legislative policies for regularisation of jobs, hr, industry requirements balance.

@@abhishekpatra7954 It's not like that. Probably that start-up company wasn't bothered about the career gap much and interested only on the skills the candidate possessed. As long as the career gap was due to some genuine family or health issues, it should be ok. One should be honest with it, rather than trying to hide it.
I have 6 years of experience and I am still working in same working but my current package is not as per my experience it' s very less and now I want to switch can I get 12-15 lakh package please suggest me I'm feeling very depressed
Most multinational corporations conduct background checks. In some companies, the HR team handles this without revealing the information to upper management.
most import to learn here .. " Show greater compassion towards junior candidates with 1-3 years of experience, and refrain from immediately questioning the authenticity of their experience. Allow them the opportunity to prove themselves on the job. However, after 6 months of his performance companies have the right to decide employment if individuals fail to meet goals. Very senseless to spend money on background checks, for individuals with 1-3 years of experience .. Show some compassion dears ...
"For experienced employees, Matrix Company conducts BGV (Background Verification) for education. Is it mandatory? If so, how does the company perform BGV?" Would you like more details on the process of educational background verification?
Soo true These guys are invading chennai like a plague I don't blame fake certificates as companies started to ask ridiculously high standards But the annoying part is, most of these AP guys have 0 technical skills
What if i done so many things, but dont remember the details, But provided opportunity can deffinetly proov But interviewer actually wants to go to details but don't get the answers and reject
Fake certificates is a character issue. This person is capable of breaking every possible moral rule under pressure is what it means.the company can always find better people who don't have this issue. Otherwise it reflects on company values also being very bad
sir I am doing development and mentorship both in my company but my official position in the company is tech mentor only will this experience valuable in development role.
Maine ek jagah 5 month kaam kiya hai 2 saal pahle aur wo compnay fraud case me band ho gayi uska number email sab band ho gaya hai phir maine uska 1 year ka experience laga diya ab mujhe darr lag raha hai bahut 😢😢😢
Companies should conduct background checks (BGV) before onboarding employees. It is not fair to hire them, wait for months, and then fire them for using fake experience.
lol doing a job and making millions for company with few thousands in salary is the most idiotic thing one can do if you have great leadership and communication skills within you. with that skillset you can start your company rather than doing a job for 30+ years
Faking your work experience as a job seeker is a larger crime than your potential employers faking their revenues and profits while paying their GST. If a job seeker gets caught faking his/her work experience, he/she will be blacklisted and sometimes gets legally prosecuted by the potential employers. On the contrary, if potential employers get caught cheating the Income Tax Department in GST payments, these companies will be let off when they bribe IT sleuths. Always remember, you're a poor job seeker and you're without power and influence. On the other hand, companies are filthy rich, powerful and highly influential. So, as a job seeker, stay honest no matter how many rejections it takes to finally get your dream job. Cheers! 😊
I have a career gap in my resume because I was preparing for a government job for a long time, so due to this there is a career gap in my resume, so to fill up this I want experience letter if someone know who can provide it.
I have experience 2.5 years in old technology support role no learnings, so 6 months back i have completed a latest technology course (related to old technology) and completed relevent certifications and asked for projects in current organization but i didnt got any, so i looked outside(saying i worked in new technology as developer) and got offer, Is it considered as fake experience? what i have done wrong here?
Poor Performance (PIP&E) & Failed BGV was main reason for easy removal of employees in recession of year 2008 & after that many times .😢😢 Unfortunately employees are easy targets 😢😢
If employer found Fake experience will terminate the employee any time irrespective of their performance. Being genuine and honest will give more credibility and trust.

Fake experience is unacceptable, unethical and illegal. It is wrong and unfair to those who gain experience genuinely. Imagine if everyone starts doing it, it will be mayhem. Tweaking your CV to suit a job role is different than saying you worked for an organization when you never did.
then what should be done coz everyone needs a better job to sustain, and if someone has no experience in IT work but he decided to switch it then how will he get the job. any solution or just ranting like this is unethical, illegal stuffs.

Fake is fake. Period! No one should be encouraged to use any fake experience in their career!! It's unethical as well as illegal! To overcome some barriers as mentioned, freshers can show their Pseudo project. No one expects too much from them anyway but their interests in learning is! Secondly for experienced, it's ok to say that you are learning and acquired some Skill and show the interest on working something else. It's completely acceptable!!

Everything is fair in this corporate world. If u win u lead, if u lose u guide. If bgv has passed you can learn and earn but if your bgv failed then you get experience to put somewhere else. But one should never giveup on learning to grow.
One of my college faculty working in HSBC as a project manager he started his career in networking as a fake experience
Dear Anand Sir, I am 2020 B tech pass out and have worked in non IT companies for 2 years. How should I move to the IT industry , Please help Sir.
So what should the student do if he began new career at the age of 30 with 5 years gap due to covid? Are such students already retired?
there is also a case where you develop certain new skills but you do not get the opportinity to use them in yoir role , so to move into a new role in a bew company, people do shiw the new skills as experience.
Wt about company fired employees once the project is over. There is nothing bad about fake experience then
Problem is that if u have taken a gap for doing other thinks then it shows that u can leave company any time ..for example if anyone has taken gap for government exam then it is possiblity that he can leave company again if he gets government job .
The reality is if u dont use fake experience getting into IT job is not possible bcoz companies dont consider freshers at all
I have interviewed people and after selection a completely different person joins.

Will this show up in background check and can a prospective employee get rejected because of this ?
fake police cases?
company wants degree then skills, i dont see anything wrong when company its self not honest with employees and lot of questions in interview why gap, what is done during gap,
What do you suggest or advice to those freshers or to those who had gap after education or gap after certain experience.
U have to blame Govn here
@@sankkham
Why priority to cs/it students?
The ece students in my college can code better than any cs/it guy.
It was the cet ranking for the branch.
Aurdino board and raspberry pi,
Ece students have much rigorous coding curriculum than cs/it.
@@sankkham
I already mentioned that it is the cet ranking.
I get so much clarity after watching your videos sir.
Thanks a lot for the video ❤
really? come one man you are in IIT
I am thinking of complaining about a company that fake experience cert for cash. Where and how to report
Have you seen fake experience cases in your company? do you think it is the right thing to do?
Employee should be paid on skills, why need even degree
@@Karthik_Bangalore_Indianexactly 💯
The answer depends how desperate someone is to get a job. We don't know anyone's financial situation. Ethically, it is not right but do you think all IT companies are really ethical?
People create fake experience because
Companies won't give job
1. If you have gap
2. If you don't have degree
3. Less pay etc
To get job people create experiences.
everybody is earning good with fake experiences in my observation . These narrative like bad career all are nothing . If companies accept career gap no one will do that

How long does it take for background verification to complete ?
I am putting my real experience but my salary paid by cash instead of bank transaction why this is not accepted. Even though i am not a fake
I have 7 years career gap. If I somehow join in a startup and work for 2,3 years. Will the career gap still matter after 3 years to join in MNC
Hi Vamsi, If you are good at what you do and you gain experience then the career gap won't matter.
So for career gap candidates the best advice is to join a startup???
@@abhishekpatra7954 It's not like that. Probably that start-up company wasn't bothered about the career gap much and interested only on the skills the candidate possessed.
As long as the career gap was due to some genuine family or health issues, it should be ok. One should be honest with it, rather than trying to hide it.
Until companies are asking for a minimum of 5 years of experience for entry-level jobs, these things will not going to stop.
Show greater compassion towards junior candidates with 1-3 years of experience, and refrain from immediately questioning the authenticity of their experience.
If so, how does the company perform BGV?"
Would you like more details on the process of educational background verification?
Company should check background before joining of the candidate. So that employee and company both will be secure.
Highest fake employee are from Andrapradesh . No doubt in this .

Fake certificates is a character issue. This person is capable of breaking every possible moral rule under pressure is what it means.the company can always find better people who don't have this issue. Otherwise it reflects on company values also being very bad

Companies should conduct background checks (BGV) before onboarding employees. It is not fair to hire them, wait for months, and then fire them for using fake experience.
lol doing a job and making millions for company with few thousands in salary is the most idiotic thing one can do if you have great leadership and communication skills within you. with that skillset you can start your company rather than doing a job for 30+ years
What are your thoughts on real-fake experience? People faking experience in a particular technology.
AI neither has certificates nor experience. But the infernal thing is about to take over all your jobs.
No skill is as powerful as the skill of learning something on the fly!
Then why companies want experienced people even when for people who are just passed out?? Seriously
Sir ,no use this topic. India all over . One word see the Indian politician , how he/she works . Like that only citizens of India.
Sir main thing people use fake as of what i saw among is....to get a higher package
What if the employee steals all the client data?
Cheers! 😊

Fake experience is unacceptable, unethical and illegal.
It is wrong and unfair to those who gain experience genuinely.
Imagine if everyone starts doing it, it will be mayhem.
Tweaking your CV to suit a job role is different than saying you worked for an organization when you never did.
