I personally adore the fact that it's clear white *isn't* a good guy- but now, after thousands of years, she's finally trying to change. Even steven's big smile at white, and her smiling back just a little bit. Like she doesn't quite get it yet, but she's happy to be making Steven happy.
Yeah, even in future it's obvious that white ironically is the most imperfect gem around, heck even steven wanted to kill her for a split second, but she seems to have changed at the end of the series

It's like, even from a purely pragmatic sense, if those people got what they wanted and the Diamonds got shattered or something, then they'd be physically unable to save all of the Corrupted Gems (since it requires the power of all 4 Diamonds to do so). Do they feel that getting their revenge fantasy fulfilled is _really_ worth all those other Gems not getting saved?
The Diamonds were never “forgiven” idk where people got thag idea. If anything Future makes it clear that they atone and take accountability for their actions.
I love the part in the fountain where Jasper looks up at the diamonds, and yellows just eyeing her like "I swear to god you better not. I got my eye on you"
it is so important to me that steven says "maybe pink thought you were right to lock her in here, but I know what it's like to have a loving family, and we don't do stuff like this to each other" and then "THIS ISNT NORMAL" what a powerful statement. keeping in mind this is a kids' show, this special could be the push some kids need to see that their parents treating them like an object to be controlled rather than a person with feelings is NOT okay. this whole show is an allegory for family dynamics and parenting through the eyes of a child, and being raised in a hyper controlling environment like that can lead you to believe that's just how it works, but its not normal or healthy. I love the visual color choices in the climax, how everything is grayscale except for the characters who aren’t under white’s control, who look starkly neon against such a completely unsaturated background. And all the snide narcissistic-mother type comments white makes are actually true things about those gemstones. Yellow diamonds have impurities in them that absorb all the cool wavelengths of light, and blue diamonds are the same for warm colors. But something that’s interesting is that pink light (magenta specifically I think, it’s been a while since I studied this in physics) is the only color you can’t get out of a prism (or a completely pure diamond) that might explain why weird pink zombie Steven can resist her powers with his shield. What a lot of people who railed on this show when it came out for ‘forgiving genocidal dictators’ or whatever failed to realize is that this is supposed to be a metaphor for a family that’s being terrorized by an overly controlling mother, who imposed her ideas onto her children (blue and yellow) who are now doing the same to the next generation (pink, and the gems under their rule) half out of fear of consequences and half because they’ve been raised to believe that this is just how things should be and never questioned it. It Is My Job To Be Perfect, And You Must Be Too. Once Steven, who was raised by a number of caring individuals who made many mistakes, but owned up to them and made an effort to make things right, and allowed him to make his own mistakes with grace and forgiveness, confronts her with this and proves irrefutably that her worldview is fundamentally wrong, and that she’s made herself and her loved ones miserable trying to enforce it, that’s when she cracks and he’s able to ‘change her mind’ as it were.
There’s even a trans metaphor in here if you think about the diamonds refusing to acknowledge that even though he has her gem Steven is not Pink anymore. ‘She prefers to be called Steven’ is a really sweet line that just makes me feel warm and also think ‘he a lil confused but he’s got the spirit’ lmao
Funnily enough theres a lot of fans out there that hated the ending. But knowing what the production had to go through to make aure the integrity of the show stayed, Id rather have this than what the network wanted them to conform them to. We wouldnt even have this season if they got there way, or even Ruby and Sapphires wedding! I cant imagine the show without it. So yeah its not the most perfect ending but it made me absolutely bawl when it aired as it actually felt so fullfilling to see it come to a close.
@@heyooo1949 the episode with Ruby and Saphires wedding was one of the big things cartoon network didnt want in the show. The reason why is because they wouldnt get as much money from the show if it was banned in other countries for it. So they basically told the crew that either they remove it and get more seasons, or they keep it and have to finish it on that season. (Basically canceled) and they didnt budge. So we got the wedding but initially they were planning to not even have the movie or future. But those episodes and that last half of the season go so popular cartoon network back tracked and gave them the movie and future.
i'm happy you enjoyed the ending ;w; it was INSANELY controversial when it dropped and there has to be 99 trillion videos about how it gave people terminal cancer.
Here's my take on the ending, it had the potential to be really good, and it had a lot of great concepts, but it felt very rushed in getting there. That isn't the fault of rebecca sugar or the creators. It is the fault of cartoon network for cancelling the show after the wedding episode and only giving rebecca a few episodes to wrap up the show. The movie and future are incredible though
I honestly love hearing y’all just unabashedly enjoy the ending. Years of people just relentlessly dunking on it or having to go “oh well they were rushed so-“ when it’s honestly still just a very solid ending that shouldn’t require some big explanation to justify enjoying. Hell yes.
If you look closely... Obsidian is VERY similar to the temple! Meaning Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl and Rose must have fused at some point beforehand to create Obsidian and they decided to use her design in the temple. There's only minor differences since this fusion includes Steven instead of Rose
You guys finally made it to the finale! It was so emotional and shocking. The battles were so lit, the fusions were incredible and the song was amazing in the end. It was fun reacting to Steven Universe 🔥🔥🔥😢😢😢💗💗💗
And here it is, the ending to this great show. The scenes with White's control were creepy fr! Oh, and when she said "But you're a part of me, the part I always have to repress", she hinted at her being the first diamond that created the others. To explain, the diamonds put their energy to their gems and they are injected in kindergartens. Can't wait to see the reactions to Steven Universe the Movie and Future.
Huh, somehow I never knew that thing about their energy or whatnot? When was this confirmed? I'm surprised I didn't see that fact floating about anywhere lol but it does kind of make sense
@@mimthyss It's never outright stated, but given that to fix corrupted (and beyond) gems, the "essence" (or whatever is in those shampoo bottles) of all 4 Diamonds is needed, it implies that that's what the Kindergarten Injectors use to create new gems, and that also explains why, even before Future, the Diamonds take constant "baths" and drain themselves regulary of this "essence"
I cannot believe we made it to the finale already it feels so quick and it’s been such an emotional ride even for me watching it back again, I loved it more than the first watch really as there were so many things I missed before like dropped hints and foreshadowing, either way I’m exited for movie reaction and future.
I'm really glad you guys like the ending. Many people didn't like it when it first came out. Many people, including myself, didn't knew that it was the finale, but I blame Cartoon Network for this. They did some dirty on the show, just like Nickelodeon did with Korra. It's interesting to note that many people thought the Diamonds were redeem too quickly, but I think the way their handle it was somewhat natural. Steven literally shattered White Diamond's world view. She thought she was so perfect that she couldn't be wrong. She needed to be proven wrong, and not only that, to show that she indeed has a flaw (she was being childish). That little bit of emotion was enough enough to show her that she can be influenced by others, thus is not perfect. She isn't every color of the light, she's her own self being who can find her way other than what she was made for. Just like Pink Diamond did. She projected her own understanding of Pink Diamond because, in the way, she was the best among the worst. Not the worst gems, but the worst system that she could bring to the gems. She thought this was the only way to exist, until a question shattered this intricate thousand years lie. That's why I disagree with her speech about Rose, and about Pink too, and even the notion that Rose was a/the villain of Steven Universe. It's clear to me that Pink had good intentions from the beginning. But she was flawed, just like any other being. She was disregarded by the Diamonds for being the smallest one, so she grew up in a environment that favored her immaturity. By being seen as somewhat less by the Diamonds, they favour her behavior because this what they expected from her. Still, Pink was a free spirit, which turned her to be a rebellious teenager against her parents/older sisters in order to grab attention that she was clearly needed. So, Pink lived in this cycle without too much room to grew. Until one day, one of her tantrums went wrong, and without spoiling too much, she was handed a new, more sensible Pearl, one in which didn't encourage her behavior. It's from there onwards that Pink saw that her actions have consequences. She didn't wanted this, she wanted her old Pearl, so she didn't bothered to customize her accordingly. Thus, being a gift by the other three diamond a default Pearl was handed to Pink, our Pearl, bearing the color of all four Diamonds. It's interesting to notice that, from that day forwards, Pink's attitude shifted. She started behaving like the Diamonds expect a Diamond should (not Pink Diamond, but a Diamond), but it was all a façade. She started to tell lies and keep secrets, asking her new Pearl what she could do. She was terrified. Then, Pink receive her first colony, Earth. Although she wanted this so long, she didn't had what she was expecting. She was still Pink, naive and immature Pink Diamond. This new development didn't changed anything in the way Blue, Yellow and White think of her. And since she only wanted the colony to be regarded has a Diamond, that didn't worked as planned. But there's more to it. Pink was fascinated by life, more specifically, by the possibilities it could be. Albeit every gem has to serve a singular purpose, each purpose is different from another. And there was the organic life. For the other Diamonds they were mere pests in the way of their new, shining and glorious colony, much like ants or roaches for us humans. But there lifes were so different from what Pink Diamond had that it couldn't resist but to be attracted by it. It's actually a very nasty situation for Pink. In one hand, she has her family, which disregard her and put her in the place where she was unhappy. Still, they were her family and I think that she loved them. Why else would she work so hard to get recognition that she wasn't getting, the attention that she was longing. And on the other hand she have organic life: full of possibilities and differents perspectives, each one unique in their own ways. This not only reason with Pink's free spirit, but it came as an escapism from her reality. She could lost herself into those possibilities and forget the pain of being Pink Diamond, the pain of having one destiny which she was failing because she wasn't handled a chance. But that chance arrived and she wasn't satisfied, because that didn't nothing to help her achieve her goal in the short run. She was still Pink Diamond, the littlest of the four. That's why, for the first time when she was able to discover herself on Earth, she truly found happiness. Her goal shift directions, but in a way, remain the same. To avoid the pay and hardships she was dealing with. The water does flows in the least stressful direction after all. Yes, she was childish, imature and flawed. But she was never given a chance to be something different. I can't blame her for when she finally have a chance to make her own choices she committed mistakes on the way, even if those mistakes affected other people, and I say that with confidence because that's a part of growing up. To commit mistakes and learn from them. And nobody can't tell she learned something from her mistakes, but she was clearly trying her best to either fix them or to at least make the best decisions she could. Yes, she did bubbled Bismuth and let her bubbled for thousands of years and lie to the Crystal Gems. But what choice did she had? Even the gems recognized Bismuth was a potential danger for Steven and let her bubble for a while. Rose simply went through the same thought process and arrived in the same conclusion, except that Rose lied about her destiny. But could we say she did because of malice? I couldn't say so. I can't say she did because she wanted to protect the image of Bismuth, the brave gem and loyal friend she was rather than to tell the ugly truth and tell the other gems what happened (which could be dangerous for Bismuth depending on the crystal gems reaction), but I can't easily see how that's the case. And I can say because, even though we didn't knew Rose, we saw some of her thoughts, some of world view and some of her interactions through the flashback episodes. I mean, even Rose herself told what she thought of life in a tape left for both Nora and Steven. But I digress. The point I'm trying to make is that people usually like to, and forgive my words, cr*p on this show because it have some flaws, but any other media can have. When reviewing the show, I think people look past what the show really is and focus on what they feel about it, which is simply terrible for anyone reviewing anything. So, to finish this comment with my thoughts: Steven Universe is a human show, just as flawed and perfect as anyone can be. But it's special in it's own, unique way and I'm glad Rebecca Sugar was brave to fight her insecurities and overhauled the criticism (which mostly focus on attacking the show rather than analyzing it) to bring us this piece of her own self. Not only her, but the whole Crewniverse. They clearly put all of their hard work, their souls and their inner selves to make this show, and boy, I'm glad they did 😊
I think it's so smart that the episode is called Change Your Mind (CYM) because it's also about how they form the primary colors (Blue is Cyan, Yellow is Yellow and Steven is Magenta) and the "imperfections" that White allegedly lack
Shit. Years after and here I am, bawling. Rushed as it was, the ending was still so very beautiful. Props to the Crewniverse for doing their absolute best with whatever shit cartoon threw at them. What a show!!! And guys, what a journey, eh? Road to the end now, I guess. See ya there!
I remember at the very beginning you guys were talking about how you thought it was just some kids show but you kept hearing good things about it, now you finally know why. It really is one of those shows that when you finish it you feel like a part of you is missing, this show will always have a place in my heart and I'm so so grateful to the amazing Rebecca sugar for creating this masterpiece. I strongly recommend you guys watch James Woodall's video on the best scene in steven universe (the finale)
Avatar goes into this, "violence isn't the answer" and Katara said it "I am ready to moce past it, but I'll never forgive him." Same goes for Steven, he didn't need to shatter or bubble the Diamonds, it would have gone against EVERYTHING the show was for, even most fights in the series (vs Lapis, vs Bismuth, vs Cluster, vs Peridot) weren't resolved by violence, but by understanding. We saw what happened in Jail Break, even if the fight was great, it only ended in a fugitive Peridot and an unstable Malachite at the bottom of the ocean. The message of the show is understanding, not forgiveness, and it's what Steven managed to get the Diamonds to do, understand WHY they were wrong, it doesn't fix their actions, but it's the first step.
You could even say the Alexandrite vs. Malachite fight was resolved by understanding! The Crystal Gems being able to maintain Alexandrite through their newfound growth and understanding of each other since the last time they fused! This show had so many layers!
All the Steven fusions were so epic. I love all of the together too. Obsidian is so epic and the music of the ep is so good. White yanking his gem out is so terrifying. But I cry every time I see Steven fuse with his gem half.
The thing I noticed about white is even though she says she is technically every colour, she’s still white. She still has no colour herself, she doesn’t know (or allow herself to know) who she really is.
The diamonds were always trying to eliminate or cover up anything they saw as flawed. The problems that has only got worse and their behavior became more and more toxic. Once they realized that they had flaws, they could finally start to become better people.
I was going through realising that I am a lesbian when I stareted this show and I was just coming out to my family when this final aired.... the last song got me so hard when I heard it for the first time... and to this day when I watch it I cry. This show helped me so much to overcome my own deep issues with being gay and being me. When I say it saved my life I mean it. It was the first time I heard someone say it is okay to just be yourself... to just be me. This show will always have special place in my heart. I could never be more grateful to Rebecca Sugar and the whole team for making it!
Alot of people miss this but we've seen Rainbow Courtz before, hence the "Rainbow 2.0" quote. We've seen the full Rainbow Courtz in Greg's old music video. It was between Rose and Pearl.
I'm so happy I got to meet Rebecca sugar the creator of the show, this past Saturday for her concert at gallary nucleus, I made her a drawing of her steven and the gang along with the diamonds as a gift for this amazing show and how much it's impacted my life and so many others
Its crazy actually and also made sense that Pink diamonds shields were as strong as the diamonds. Since pink and white diamonds have similar structure lol.
The only ending I'm mad about being rushed was the ending of this video lol! The outro playing right after the ending gave me diamond sized blue balls. I thought maybe there would be some discussion about the series as a whole at the series finale.
After watching you really notice the diamonds powers are White- Psychological(getting in their heads), Blue- Emotional(making them feel her sadness), Yellow- Physical(creating the gem experiments) and I have no idea what Pink would be
The point where White Diamond didn't know what blushing was made me have to pause the episode when I first saw it, because it was at that point that I truly understood what her real problem was: She didn't understand anything that happened outside of her own head. I daresay she might have even been somewhat agoraphobic, or was at least a metaphor for agoraphobia.
Oh btw going back to Cookie Cats Song please read. Hes a Frozen Treat with an "all new" taste. "Cause he came to this planet from outer space! A refugee, of an interstellar war!" And now hes at your local grocery store. COOKIE CAT! Hes a pet for your "tummy", COOKIE CAT! Hes super duper yummy. COOKIE CAT! "HE LEFT LEFT HIS FAMILY BEHIND"!
after the movie and the future epilogue series, i highly suggest watching some long form videos on SU as they help shed light on certain aspects of the show, cuz there is a LOT to it.
i going to use google traslate for this becouse i dont now how to write good enouth my self, ,,,,, It has been a great trip to watch the entire series again from chapter 1 to the end with you. You have made me very happy with your somewhat honest reactions because you cheated sometimes with the songs, but it doesn't matter that I loved that you enjoyed this final chapter because which is not a great battle, not an epic script unfolding, just a broken family talking about the problems for the first time and that is the beginning of any sentimental repair. I wait for you with future and the movie to which I reacted at the time and well, thank you very much for uploading it in its entirety :D
While I think it really works here because the story revolved around it, I really hate how after this, a lot of writers started using villains as their personal therapy sessions. Instead of having a simple good vs evil finale, a lot of villains are just toxic personality traits to talk down.
@@VivienVarga-ki3sd That's not always true. If someone murders a bunch of kids you're not going to waste time trying to convince him it was wrong to do. Sometimes black IS black and white IS white. And just because it's possible to have grey, doesn't mean every piece of fiction needs to reflect it.
@@Ultimaniacx4Everyone has reasons for their actions. No one is actually a villain and that is a hard to swallow pill with so much evil in the world. Wouldn't destroying a villain be to destroy their ideas and show how they are wrong? Wouldn't just killing the villain be showing that whoever is right is whoever is stronger? There is no good and evil. Morality is subjective.
@@next_door_rigil3270 That's fine for explaining how you get to evil, but that doesn't excuse evil itself, which does exist. Say a dictator commits genocide because they had a bad experience with someone of a certain race. Are you saying that that racist ideal is worth examining? Is it really a subjective idea to say "Hey, maybe wiping out an entire race is a pretty good idea, just to be safe"?
@@Ultimaniacx4 I dont believe in evil at all. It does sound bad looking at things that way but that is how I view the world as an engineer. The universe itself is chaos. There are reasons why we want to fight genocide and not because it feels bad (evil). I am not saying everyone is redeemable but there are reasons not to keep someone who would hurt others in society. So just say those reasons instead of "it is evil". Why is it evil? The standard needs to be high but it needs to be justifiable. Evil to me is just an easy cope out to use "common sense" without having to explain why. If we dont do this exercise every time, we get people that feel that some people are evil and need to be eradicated. Always explain the reasons why a person or group of people is evil and discuss what needs to be done. That is why series where there is no obvious enemy is great, the standard for calling someone evil needs to be high, question why you call them evil and why they do it. Obviously genocidal people are hurting a lot of people and they themselves do not see harm in what they do so the logical approach to such people is to separate them from society or give them reason to see value in others if possible.
Ik I’m super late but this mean as expected white diamond is the “one above all” and all the diamonds come from her. And the bigger the diamonds the stronger the emotion is for her. Pink is the smallest but the biggest influencer, that why she got her way with going to earth. Knowing this though, that white diamond is every light. Are there other diamonds?
I liked the ending personally, but I like many, thought it was rushed. It was mostly due to CN not renewing the show for season 6, aka the true final season. Maybe just a few more episodes to bring everything all together, but even the additional we did get was because Rebecca Sugar lobbied for them. That said, I'm glad it at least got to have an ending.
I'm really glad you guys finished Season 5 Life-changing peak Btw i really hope you can react to a videoo called ''The most interesting scene in Steven Universe'' It's a really good analysis on the whole up to s5 and its message
We literally say we are less than 20 seconds into this video as has already been said 9265628286 times in SO many videos that we are. Do people just not listen? 🤦🏻♂️
*_Thus it's now over. The epic adventures with the Crystal Gems to their voyage on Homeworld had ultimately drawn them to this moment. The half-human, half-Gem hybrid had fulfilled his true purpose, uncovered the mysteries of his past, embraced his true identity, and fixed the Greatest of the Diamond Authority to free the Gems and his planet. Pink Diamond, Rose Quartz, Steven Universe._*
When this came out a lot of people opted to make a bajillion, hour long video essays on why it was the worst thing ever and why Rebecca Sugar is the devil fused with a million Hitlers instead of engaging with the show's message in good faith. Endlessly "criticizing" the supposed lack of consequences for the Diamonds or the lack of build up for their heel-turn. Frustratingly ignoring the well known corporate meddling the show faced with that latter criticsism. People forget the Diamonds are gems not humans. They're immortal, ageless beings, with barely any personhood outside of their assigned function. White herself doesn't even HAVE a personhood before Steven's intervention, she herself is said to have not left Homeworld in eons, EONS! This isn't to say they're not stiĺl culpable for their actions, but it's silly to say they didn't face any reprecussions. Even sillier to think those reprecussions should've been violent or something akin to being bubbled or imprisoned. The show's message is one of empathy and understanding. It's also about growth. And we already saw the first, and arguably most important step of the Diamond's growth. They changed their mind.
The ending is rushed due to cancelation from the gay marriage episode wich CN did not like. Notice how the episode has the """""fillery part"""" but also has the very plot relevanr part with the diamonds. This is to hinder any censorship so other countries cannot just skip the episode.
"She's GOOONEEE!" gives me chills EVERY TIME.

*space cancer.
I guess it depends on what side of fandom you’re on because a lot of what I saw was positive
@@oblivi8games808exactly! They tried to save it with future and the movie which I think they nailed even though future has it's controversies
and killed their grandma
I honestly love hearing y’all just unabashedly enjoy the ending. Years of people just relentlessly dunking on it or having to go “oh well they were rushed so-“ when it’s honestly still just a very solid ending that shouldn’t require some big explanation to justify enjoying. Hell yes.
"She prefers to be called, Steven" okay Blue, you're like, halfway there gosh i love Blue Diamond so much
If you look closely...
It was fun reacting to Steven Universe
🔥🔥🔥😢😢😢💗💗💗
19:38 this scene animated by james baxter
One of the smoothest animator ever and i loved it
And here it is, the ending to this great show.
I cannot believe we made it to the finale already it feels so quick and it’s been such an emotional ride even for me watching it back again,
I loved it more than the first watch really as there were so many things I missed before like dropped hints and foreshadowing, either way I’m exited for movie reaction and future.
It seems like a few people miss that Obsidian was actually the same design as the temple. It's why all five gems are there in the door too.
I love the (basically) running gag that they can not tell when something is a dream or not.
Shit. Years after and here I am, bawling. Rushed as it was, the ending was still so very beautiful. Props to the Crewniverse for doing their absolute best with whatever shit cartoon threw at them. What a show!!!
And guys, what a journey, eh? Road to the end now, I guess. See ya there!
and the legend was born...
SHE'S *G O N E*
I remember at the very beginning you guys were talking about how you thought it was just some kids show but you kept hearing good things about it, now you finally know why. It really is one of those shows that when you finish it you feel like a part of you is missing, this show will always have a place in my heart and I'm so so grateful to the amazing Rebecca sugar for creating this masterpiece.
I strongly recommend you guys watch James Woodall's video on the best scene in steven universe (the finale)
And then it's time! Here we are in futuuuure!!
Change Your Mind is one of the best episodes throughout the entire series!! This was the perfect ending for the original series
18:08 and thus began the single longest comercial break in television history
its crazy how you have now finished the first season, love the reactions and i can not wait for your reactions to the movie and future!
About that
Anyone else notice that Garnet stayed fused even after White took control of her? Impressive!
that was worth the wait
Avatar goes into this, "violence isn't the answer" and Katara said it "I am ready to moce past it, but I'll never forgive him."
Same goes for Steven, he didn't need to shatter or bubble the Diamonds, it would have gone against EVERYTHING the show was for, even most fights in the series (vs Lapis, vs Bismuth, vs Cluster, vs Peridot) weren't resolved by violence, but by understanding.
Honestly, one of my favorite shows ever! Super excited to see the reactions on the movie and Future!!
All the Steven fusions were so epic. I love all of the together too. Obsidian is so epic and the music of the ep is so good. White yanking his gem out is so terrifying. But I cry every time I see Steven fuse with his gem half.
Now you know what the Temple is designed after.
The thing I noticed about white is even though she says she is technically every colour, she’s still white. She still has no colour herself, she doesn’t know (or allow herself to know) who she really is.
This show wasn't perfect but it was truly special
If every porkchop was perfect, we wouldn't have hot dogs
Can’t wait to see your reaction to the movie and future
The diamonds were always trying to eliminate or cover up anything they saw as flawed. The problems that has only got worse and their behavior became more and more toxic. Once they realized that they had flaws, they could finally start to become better people.
It's been such a long journey and I'm happy I was here for the ride ❤️
BEST 24 MINUTES OF THE YEAR AAHHHH!!
I'm so happy I got to meet Rebecca sugar the creator of the show, this past Saturday for her concert at gallary nucleus, I made her a drawing of her steven and the gang along with the diamonds as a gift for this amazing show and how much it's impacted my life and so many others
That ending song hit so hard
Makes me tear up every time
Its crazy actually and also made sense that Pink diamonds shields were as strong as the diamonds. Since pink and white diamonds have similar structure lol.
The only ending I'm mad about being rushed was the ending of this video lol!
The outro playing right after the ending gave me diamond sized blue balls. I thought maybe there would be some discussion about the series as a whole at the series finale.
they never do a discussion, only the reaction has some occasional comments
15:47 The better interpretation is that she speaks as if she is the God of the Gem Homeworld.
After watching you really notice the diamonds powers are White- Psychological(getting in their heads), Blue- Emotional(making them feel her sadness), Yellow- Physical(creating the gem experiments) and I have no idea what Pink would be
IVE BEEN KEEPING UO WITH THIS CHANNEL SO LONG IM SO SAD I LOVED THIS SERIES AND I LOVE YOU❤
Can't wait for you guys watching the movie, and as always cry rivers watching along
Oh I'm excited for them to see the movie
I wish we could’ve seen how all Diamonds acted before Pink “shattered”.
i always cry with this kjshadkjhd yeah
"Room for three more?" The final blow😭
This was great
I loved the ending personally and I think people who hate/dislike need to remember this was a show aired towards children.
after the movie and the future epilogue series, i highly suggest watching some long form videos on SU as they help shed light on certain aspects of the show, cuz there is a LOT to it.
Cant believe you guys finished the show
i going to use google traslate for this becouse i dont now how to write good enouth my self, ,,,,, It has been a great trip to watch the entire series again from chapter 1 to the end with you.
This episode always destroys me emotionally no matter how many times I’ve seen it.
James did an AMAZING job animating steven with the Gem, it looks SGI but its not, he put so much in that short amount of time.
Wow, what a happy ending! I'm sure nothing can go wrong now! :D
LETS GOO DEPRESSION!
While I think it really works here because the story revolved around it, I really hate how after this, a lot of writers started using villains as their personal therapy sessions. Instead of having a simple good vs evil finale, a lot of villains are just toxic personality traits to talk down.
Cuz the real world is not black and white and that worldview is toxic. No one is completely good or bad irl. Thats a childlish way to look at things.
This is it
Ik I’m super late but this mean as expected white diamond is the “one above all” and all the diamonds come from her. And the bigger the diamonds the stronger the emotion is for her. Pink is the smallest but the biggest influencer, that why she got her way with going to earth. Knowing this though, that white diamond is every light. Are there other diamonds?

MY FAV TH-camRS!!❤😂
I liked the ending personally, but I like many, thought it was rushed. It was mostly due to CN not renewing the show for season 6, aka the true final season. Maybe just a few more episodes to bring everything all together, but even the additional we did get was because Rebecca Sugar lobbied for them. That said, I'm glad it at least got to have an ending.
I'm really glad you guys finished Season 5
Life-changing peak
Btw i really hope you can react to a videoo called ''The most interesting scene in Steven Universe''
It's a really good analysis on the whole up to s5 and its message
And with that, Steven briefly became a giant woman.

They got copyrighted by Cartoon Network, sadly. However they are all available on Patreon in full 👍
