    Thank you 🙏 for your suggestion and advice. I have suffered from insomnia anxiety for a year, did the CBT-I therapy for 8 weeks and continued following up the tips, it’s hard but it works just like everything you said in this podcast.

    I've never been able to nap. I always envied folk, like my pa, who could sleep at any time. Looks like my more regulated habits are best in the long run. Thanks for the confirmation! 👍

    Do you know what the difference is between sleep apnea and nocturnal panic attacks? Maybe once a month or so I'll wake up and jolt out of bed like something is chasing me. Not sure if I want to get tested for sleep apnea though because my partner tells me I don't snore. I DO have anxiety however.

      Always a good idea to get investigated for sleep apnea if that's a potential issue.
