This has been my go to for a while. I had a car accident last year and I have trouble sleeping. I listen to this every night now. Helps get me to sleep. The medication they gave me to sleep had me feeling worse and I'd sleep too long and made me have nightmares. By far listening to this tops any medication and it's a natural remedy for sleep. My husband left me and I can't sleep without him I can make it through most of the day but at night he's not there and it reminds me what I lost what I could still have had and what's another woman getting me what I should be getting
Probably the best sleep / meditation music . It helped me when i got emergency panic attack and was under severe depression with no sleep during covid .
