    Thanks for posting this. I grew up in Westfield... Class of 1974. I have not been back in a long time. In general people who grow up in a snow belt area do know how to drive in snow. This early in the season some people have not had their snow tires put on yet.
    White out conditions ice patches and other drivers are plain dangerous though.

    You get a lot more accidents because people don't slow down they actually speed up

      The problem is if you're on the wrong tires you can't hit the brakes to slow down, once you do you'll lose traction. You have to drive smooth and keep distance and don't lose momentum. This is all about tires

      @@kylepasta what if you just drove slow in the first place?

      @kylepasta 21 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @jamesalles139 if you drive too slow in those conditions on the wrong tires you risk losing momentum to get up hills. Trust me, keep distance and speed up as much as you can. Never touch the brakes

      @@kylepasta do you know when you are going to need to stop?

      @jamesalles139 you have to keep your head up and constantly scan the road ahead of you for problems. Most people only drive looking 10 feet infront of their eyes. If you look ahead of the car infront of you, you can react before they do

    JUST A THOUGHT BUT PERHAPS DURING MASSIVE STORMS IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE GAS TANKERS ON ALL HIGHWAYS 24/7 FOR IT OS ENEVITBLE THAT SOME CARS WILL BE CAUGHT WITHOUT GAS IN TRAFFIC JAMS ON HUGE STORMS FOR HOURS IF NOT DAYS??!!
