What a great tutorial. I was able to follow along by pausing it every once in a while. My sister-in-law has mobility issues, and has a washcloth soap saver that I made her, but I think she will really love this one. It gives her the ability to grasp the soap without having to worry about dropping it. Thank you.
Wasn't able to master the pattern , but I used your tip about crocheting in too the back bump in my other crochet soap saver bags . Thanks I love the way you teach your patterns .
The tutorial is really good! I can actually see what you are doing and what stitches you are going through etc....most tutorials make it hard to see but this tutorial was close up and very understandable! I really appreciate that. I'm making these as gifts for Christmas....love it!
I adore this pattern, my Mother asked me to make her a soap saver and this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for a great tutorial, it's a truly beautiful pattern.
Tamara, Whenever I want to make something a little different, I always come to your work. You do A-Mazing things with crochet. Just a little twist. I appreciate your patterns, and YOU, so much. Thank you for your patterns and your videos.
Thank you thank you thank you! I followed every single instruction and I did it! I made it bigger to use it like a glove, just perfect for my hand. You're a great instructor! 🤗💯
This is really good! So easy and well-explained that I watched the video once and memorized the pattern :) On my way to making all my coworkers a little gift
love this pattern! beautiful, cute, and easy! love the puff idea, it looks like one of those massage bars! Also the drawstring! Very inventive! definitely trying for this christmas!
Thanks for the video! Getting some Christmas presents done. I made my second one with extra rows because I normally see bars taller than the one you showed. :)
I really like this soap saver, but it is a little small. If I wanted to make it bigger do you know how many stitches I would need to increase the base row by? Is it by groups of 3 stitches?
Lovely little project and very helpful. What was the name of the pretty little soap you mushed in? This was great, I bought some scritchy hemp type yarn an made about ten little loofahs. I would love to get into soap making but need a really easy way. What great baskets they make for Teachers and neighbors and mid winter doldrums right! Got anything else to whip up? This was great thanks so much to you!
+Nathalie Breault Absolutely! :D Whatever textured stitch you prefer. There is a pattern here you might like too: www.mooglyblog.com/pampering-picots-bath-mitt/
Hi Tamara! What a great tutorial. Your voice is very calming and your instruction is so clear and concise! Thank you so much, I'm glad to have found it! Quick question. I am fairly new to crochet, so this may be a silly question, but is this adaptable if I was using a different size soap?
+MelodyAnn5 Thank you so much! :D Yes, you can make it bigger, just crochet the width of your soap and adjust the stitch count for the rest of the bag as needed. :) It'll take a bit of trial and error.
@@tamarairene I'm adding an extra 4 stitches to my chain, in order to make bag a little wider. I think it will work if I watch my stitch count to make sure the puffs are still centered. I've done a lot of blankets in bobble stitch and became pretty good with the count😉 thank you for this pattern and tutorial❤️

Are the single crochets and double crochets on top of the previous ones on the backside or alternating?
Alternating. :)
