This is by far, hands down, the most easily understandable and well-thought designed soap sack I have ever found a tutorial for. Anyone who can hold a crochet hook can follow this video and come out feeling like a pro. This tutorial is that amazing. Kudos, dear madam, kudos to you!
My favorite soap saver pattern, thank you! My friend just commissioned me to make 15 for her for Xmas gifts this year because she loved the one I gave her so much. Thank you!
That’s great. If you would like to share pictures of your projects look us up on Facebook at Ninja Bunny Crochet Chat. I would love to see what your working on.
Will do! I also am making more this year for a craft show and I made the bobbles in the shape of a xmas tree. So starting with 5 at the bottom, then one less each row spaced in between the previous bobble and ending with one bobble at the top. @@NinjaBunnyCrochet
Thank you so much for your pattern and explanation so much easier to understand than so many other with this stitch and you take time to show and great angle worl.
@@NinjaBunnyCrochet That is an awesome idea!! I was thinking of making some for gifts too. I did a verigated yarn for mine and it's so pretty! Thanks again for your time and effort! P.S. I hope I win the giveaway hehehe 😃
Hello, at row 5 when turning to do sc’s all around, when i get to the bobbles, do i sc juste beside the bobbles or the top of the bobbles. Whatever i do, i don’t get 24 sc’s. Just love this patern. Thank you
PERFECT!! A d I he Watched Mnay.. I'm going to join! .THANKS!! I Do have a Question..Can I use Polyester Yarns? I ask because I have BAGS. When on sale or discounts, I hate to go BUY More yarn..I know I ma have too.Just wondering. I Appreciate Your Video
I have not used that fiber to make soap sacks before. However, my advice would be to make a swatch and see how it feels when wet and how it holds up when washed and dried. If the yarn feels comfortable against the skin when wet and holds up when washed than go for it.
Hey NB! I love your pattern and I am using LB: Just Hemp for the sacks. 😅 NB, are you aware that you are saying in the beginning of the pattern to: Ch 10. Turn work. Row 1: hdc into SECOND CH FROM HOOK, and hdc into the next 7 chs. If I do it like you SAY it, that means there are 2 chs left NB, not 1. I think you mean to say hdc into the next 8 chs after second from the hook. OR hdc into the THIRD CH FROM HOOK, then hdc into the next 6 chs and triple hdc in the last ch of the row. Your hands aren’t correlating to your audio. I think no one has said anything because they are following your HANDS. I can learn many ways, heck I taught my self past scs from books😂, but I tend to LISTEN and repeat what is being said. I am bringing this up now because this video can be used to make these pocketbooks or market bags if scaled up. A BEGINNER LISTENING would be right where I am, with 2 chs left. Though they would be confused, I know it is just a counting error. If you would add text on the video to read: hdc into the next 8 chs AFTER the first hdc, then I think they will understand when they look up and see the text. Confusion gone 😊 P.S: I’m not screaming in my comment. I use caps to emphasize my points to the OP of the video. It is solely so I am completely clear to the reader, not yelling at you, the OP 🥰🧶
I'm sorry that you misunderstood the directions. You start 2nd chain from the hook with a hdc, then hdc in the next 7 sts, which is 8 hdc. You will have 1 chain left.
@@NinjaBunnyCrochet i guess im just a little confused why the crochet is worked backwards (inside of the bag instead of outside) when you make the bobble stitches. if i worked on the outside of the bag with the bobble row, will it effect the pattern any?
RD 15 - ch 2, dc in same as join, ch 2, sk 2 sts, dc In next st, repeat around, sl st to join (8 dc, 16 ch ) RD 16 - ch 2, hdc in same as join, 2 hdc in ch sp, hdc in next st, repeat around, sl st to join, (24 hdc)

would the pattern change if we were to work it right side out instead if wrong side out?
Why would you want the bobbles on the inside of the soap sack?
@@NinjaBunnyCrochet i guess im just a little confused why the crochet is worked backwards (inside of the bag instead of outside) when you make the bobble stitches. if i worked on the outside of the bag with the bobble row, will it effect the pattern any?
Bobble stitches are worked from the wrong side of the fabric so the stitch pops out on the right side of the fabric
@@NinjaBunnyCrochet I've never seen a bobble made that way before. I guess there's different ways to do it.

Ninja Bunny Crochet thank you I got it now! Love the pattern
Why do I have an extra two stitches at the end of the first round with the bobble stitches?
Also, are there 5 or 6 bobbles in each row?
The only thing I can think of is you might be counting the turning chains as stitches which will throw off your stitch count.
Thank you! (...which ones are the turning stitches?)
The chains in the beginning of the rounds.
Thank you so much for your help! I love the design. You're really talented ❤
