For me, this is the most down to earth and realistic channel on becoming a Data Analyst. Thank you for being so relatable. I will come back here to share my successful career change😊.
im 17 and at a very sticky situation in life. i dont know what i want to do in life and im constantly getting overwhelmed by the expectations of everyone around me. im so confused about what career path to choose and honestly im getting pretty interested in data analyst thank you you are very helpful!!!
I hope you keep at the top of your mind that you can always make another choice. You never lose when you seek to learn as all knowledge is transferable.😁
Thanks for these videos. I finished my second masters six months ago. I have an MBA and MS in Management of Information Systems but it’s very difficult trying to find a data analyst job. So now I’m working on getting more advanced with Excel taking courses on Coursera. Also currently enrolled in the Tableau Business Intelligence Analyst Professional Certificate which leads to being a certified Tableau Desktop Specialist on Coursera. Following that I intend to start the lessons for the IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate. while brushing up on SQL. All of your videos are very helpful❤
I am towards the end of my data analytics course and I am so overwhelmed at this point ! I feel like everyone knows everything and I just don’t ! I am from non tech background (business management graduate) and so I feel how will I be able to get into this field, how will I get a good job and tons of questions like this comes to my mind everyday ! It’s also that now everyone is running towards this field and so I feel how will I be able to cope up with so much of competition
I hope you have found more peace as you walk towards your goal of e landing yourself. Keep your heart focused on yourself and not to compare yourself to others...your blessings are yours. Your opportunities will come to you.🫂
Dear Agatha, I truly admire your role as a Data Analyst and how you openly share your experiences. Your honesty is refreshing, and I value your insights into this field. Unlike others who claim to be Data Scientists or Analysts, your authenticity shines through as you delve into the intricacies of the profession. While many others seem to repeat the same concepts, you offer a fresh and unique perspective. Your dedication to your work and the quality of your videos are commendable. Thank you for your valuable contributions.
For a beginner struggling through certificate programs, I find it daunting to consider how difficult it has become just to find work in this area recently. Even with a good portfolio, supply of candidates outpaces demand so am not sure if the time invested will ever really pay off.
Yeah I talk about this in the video: th-cam.com/video/dAsE77Y4DPI/w-d-xo.html Pretty much any job in tech is tough right now. But I think the skills you gain from learning data analysis will make pay off in any role even if it's not a "data analyst" job.
Thank you for being here and expressed your journey which has the similarities in my thoughts but I know I am not alone now. I have been thinking to change my major from Accountancy to Business Analystics. I like accounting and finance and Economics. I don’t know what to choose.
Thank you so much Agatha for another excellent vid!!. I'm sure you're very busy, but have you ever thought about making a Data Analyst Beginners-Course?.. (I would be your First customer :) You seemed to have the enthusiasm and the knowledge base to be an incredible teacher... maybe a real-world job-ready Course!.. What are your thoughts?
Wow thanks so much. I’ve always loved teaching and mentoring. I would love to create a course that really adds value. Let me think about this and will definitely keep you guys updated! Thanks for the encouraging words to get me started ❤️
I have just started learn/study data analysis and I am facing a lot different and difficult vocabularies 😅 and I am little nervous about my English language skills, how it will affect in the future when I will looking for a job? How it’s important language? Specially if English is second language. Thank you Agatha.
Many of my peers are working as data analysts with English as their second language. I would say it shouldn’t stop you from learning the skills but if you want a job where you speak English, definitely practice it! Hope this helps!

Is there a difference between business analyst vs a data analyst?
make a video about salaries. I would like a path to $200k if possible or maybe closest to it.

Hey! A BI visualization tool is necessary. It doesn't have to be Power BI. My first tools was SSRS before Tableau and Power BI

Please tell me the difference between python an excel which is better to learn in today industry
Definitely start with Excel before Python and I would say SQL is what you should learn the most for a data analyst role
u go to gym?
Yes always!
