HOW TO COOK PORK ADOBO | ADOBONG BABOY NA TUYO

  • PORK ADOBO is one of the most popular and favourite dish of most Filipinos.
    It is composed of sliced pork cooked in garlic, onion, soy sauce and vinegar along with bay leaves, black pepper and most of it is with chillies.
    INGREDIENTS:
    Pork (I used 1.4 kg of pork shoulder)
    5 tbspn soy sauce
    1 tbspn dark soy sauce (optional)
    4 tbspn vinegar
    1 heart of garlic
    1 med onion
    5 bay leaves
    1/2 tspn of coarse black pepper
    3 red chillies
    1/2 tspn crushed chillies
    2 pork cubes
    3 tbspn cooking oil
    2 tbspn knorr seasoning
    MSG (optional)

    Hindi ayos.. ginamitan ng cubes katumbas din ng magic sarap at vetsin kaya lang sumarap kumbaga dinaya, idagdag mo pa yung maggi savor puro pamatay ang ingridients.

    Why do you all add water to adobo that’s not needed you will lose the flavor sad recipe lol.Know one in our town adds water to adobo shitty junk das recipe

      It’s probably why they use Pork cubes to get the flavour back.
      Actually, traditionally they do use water to speed up the cooking process. Otherwise, it will take it longer at low heat.
      Furthermore, traditionally they do not use artificial flavouring either.
      A similar Chinese dish takes 4 hours to do. There’s even a slow cook version that takes overnight to complete
