That's amazing! One of those pieces you found with the tubular structures almost looks like a petrified heart, with the arteries & vena cava. Some of that other stuff looks like the chert I have in my backyard. Cool beans. 👊🏼🐻

Sweet Jim, you should patent your wedge design or concept because clearly it's a superior construction. Find maybe a business like the one who made that machine and present your tried design to them in a presentation. They could give you a royalty percentage everytime they sale one. You made an improvement to their machine. Surely thats worth something to someone?. Good luck❤
Nice Dave. One of my favorite localities to rockhound. Those hills for literally miles are chock full of insane material. Has gold mine history from the late 19th century too. I dig about 5 miles south of the KayTee location. And I had to LOL when you called that one piece root beer. That’s what I call it. It looks like a frothy recently poured root beer! Lots of root and even occasional plume and saginite. I also find Pepperoni Agate.
Where is this field in relation to Kramer JCT? Nice video, Ive known about that area for years but have never gone and would like to. Thanks for sharing
We have a uranium mine in Washington state that isn't active anymore but you can still go to the site and find green/yellow autunite crystals along with other uranium ore. Mt. Spokane in Eastern Washington is where it is. I believe it's a free dig site but bring a Geiger counter with you for identification purposes.😁👍

Lol literally in town there are many rockhounding spots that people are just really not knowing about at the same time going to them now is probably a bad idea the tent City people probably don't want to find people looking around there tents for stones and I know where lots of good times and stuff are literally right here in town however probably not a good idea to go to venture that area..... I do know some very awesome native American sites that are just cool to show on TH-cam so that would be cool also many places up north towards Barstow for some fire agate hunting.

Dave completely off topic from your video I'm trying to find a meteorite necklace from Kenya for my daughter for her birthday. Can you recommend a seller or point me in the right direction to not just be buying resin with rocks in it please😬😊
@@lapidarydave yes! I found some on Etsy but they look more like clear green crystals in resin. They are around like $50 nothing big. But her father is from Kenya and I let her read the metaphysical properties about this meteorite and I knew she had to have it! I'll never get it by her birthday Saturday but she understands shipping takes time. And that her mom is broke😊🤣
@@lapidarydave sorry I didn't really answer the question. Just a simple pendant that could be hung on a cord or small chain, nothing fancy, she's a pretty simple little lady!
Oh and the reason they say common opal not opalite is because of the man made opalite, so to not confuse them they call it common opal😉 but we can clearly see you guys find these beauty's 🤤🤩😍
