    You totally missed Crucial T500 2TB, Amazon over here has it on sale now. Otherwise I've stuck to Kingston Fury Renegades, got 3x 2TB right now, was looking for a good deal for the 4TB version BF 2023 and the Holiday deals now. But haven't found one. But I bought a Crucial T500 2TB /w heatsink just to have as a reference in future testing, and it's kinda the king of the “really excellent on almost everything” SSD. Only a 4TB model missing imho. T500 is probably the top gen4 SSD as of now for many people.
    The Renegade Fury is good, but this T500 often get ahead in real life scenarios, thanks to the much improved IOPS, which is the bottleneck for many SSDs, together with no DRAM or SLC cache for demanding users.

    I have a Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus 2tb, a Samsung 980 Pro 2tb, and a new WD Black 4tb, and the WD Black is the fastest with a clocked read speed on my PS5 of 6546 mbs.

    I need at least 8TB to have all my collection ready at the push of a button so I went with the Corsair MP600 PRO LPX 8TB M.2 NVMe PCIe x4 Gen4 SSD.

      How is it?

    • @IsekaiApostle
      @IsekaiApostle 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@Milu2786 Well speed wise, I can’t tell the difference between the PS5’s standard SSD and the MP600. Although severely overpriced having a 8TB SSD drive sure is a relief especially with games like Call of Duty being over 200GBs. This was my Christmas present to myself.

      @Spawn1988 Well then I'm gonna go for the 1 tb version

    • @IsekaiApostle
      @IsekaiApostle 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@Milu2786 If you have decent internet where you live then 1TB to 2TB is probably the best option for you. But I live in a rural area and the fastest internet speed available in a 25 mile radius is only 10MBs so the largest hardrive possible is the best option for me. Because deleting a game to make room for another is a nightmare, it takes around 4 days just to download a game the size of GTAV.

      @@IsekaiApostle then imma go for 1TB since i have decent internet but not enough space to download new ps5 games

    Some time ago,bought a Lexar NM790 4Tb for a 200€. Not realy a first option becouse of story about nand production and some neverheard controlor. But most if not all, reviews are positive. After formating by PS5, got a message about..."If is a ssd glitching" remove ssd and a notice about speed: 6100. Copying a game(190Gb) from PS5ssd to Lexar took about 75 seconds. For me as a old fashion sata user, this was chilling. For a test or better said: """"to a lazy dick even fat/grease hair is annoying"""of possible glitching, there is "so far so good" !!! Only needed to buy an a chiller 4 a ssd as a extra cost.
