Instructions unclear: there is a tiny piece of plastic in the port so I can't use the laptop port. Is there a way to charge it with the other ports?

Yo I just want to ask, how do you properly remove the charger port from the laptop? I'm thinking that someday, the port will break because I always use too much force just to disconnect the charger from it ( due to the charger port having a strong lock because of its double tap charging ). If the laptop is in power saving mode and the screen is running at 144hz, this is normal.

I figured it out when I got mad and just pushed it all the way.
Just called the dealer and said there was something wrong with either the port and charger..later on he told to push it harder without laughing..i knew he was bursting with laugh inside😂
