Binged watched the whole Rav4 series. One thing i would love is that wing mirror on the front fender/wing for parking. Wish i can find one in the UK. Amazing content and another new subscriber 😊
Love what you have done on the RAV 4, those wheels give it that aggressive and lovely stance... love it already, on the flip side, I have 1997 AE110 1500cc, I would love to restore it to factory state or somewhat close to that... I would certainly appreciate some help...
Asante sana! Previous Rav generation also great! Not very acquainted with it though Always start with basics , mechanicals . Then move to body paint etc Always begin with simple works like fluids, PCV valves, filters, o2 sensors , battery, alternator, starter. Good luck!
@@berbeturepeter3642 unlikely as the Rav issue is a known issues with the ecu and the ecu controls the trans shifts . For the Subaru , I doubt it’s the same set up but no harm in checking your ECU out

I'm so glad I found such a cool, proper car channel. Idk how I've never found this in the past !
The car is worth the expenses. Am excited you getting diverse in your cars content, can't wait for your opinion on Mitsubishi Pajero.

Nice 💯🔥Looking forward to seeing it with the new headlights.

I have a 2005 Rav 4 L, Bro loving the content, just did my headlights and they improved the clean look for sure.
I need a new rack too! 😢
That’s awesome!
I guess you can put a stop leak fluid inside and prolong the rack fix abit longer like me!
This is a brilliant video! Very detailed! Great job
Thanks allot!

Loving the content bro, would like to see you do such a series but with a jeep wrangler maybe ?
Thanks! Ha, maybe another vehicle but very unlikely to be a Jeep. I’m not a Jeep guy hehe
Great work
Asante & thanks for tuning in!
I need of the guy who did your ECU refurbish. Have an issue with a similar model
I used CarKey masters near Sarit roundabout .
@MasaiGainz Awesome. Thanks sana
Great content pajii 😊
Good video, i have a 96 legacy, it misbehaves while shifting, could the ECU be the issue as in the case of your Rav 4?

I wish you always convert the costs in dollars because some of us from different countries can not easily apprehend
Divide the amount mention by about 130 to convert to USD
Will mention dollar amounts more often . Currency is always fluctuating so will mention based on timing of the video and current rate
@@MasaiGainz Thanks you sir
What product did you use to deal with steering wheel fluid leak coz am having a similar issue
@@cyrusnjuguna711 i used power steering sealer by MAG.
Thanks
Were you able to change oil seals, camshaft and crank shaft and also the engine and gear box seal. Those harden overtime and oil starts leaking
@@nandi_david not gone that deep as no signs of issue. And I’m using quality oil. But will look into those at some point !
What kind of viscosity do you use and the oil company (shell, total, castrol)???

Very nice!
I was crying about fuel efficiency of my 2007 Suzuki Escudo city consumption 8km/l
8km/L in city is good. City driving/traffic / stop start will always be a car’s worst fuel consumption.
Great content once again. Please confirm again the 7-8 kpl consumption on highway driving. Isn't this excessive for a 2litre engine?
On highway i use 10-11 km/l on an isis with similar engine
On highway you can push 9km/L on the AWD Rav. Two wheel drive versions can probably get abit better economy
Yes, its alot, even if its the average. It takes me back to the Cygnus which is much heavier, with a V8 petrol engine but matching this fuel economy.
@MasaiGains, where can i get the ECU repair done?
CarKeyMasters on Sarit roundabout helped me out!
Were can we get letigt fuel pump oem parts
Toyota oem parts can try CFAO, linco spares, and many other shops along Kirinyaga Road
What's the pcd on your wheels
same consumption as the cruiser??
It’s definitely better but not by allot.
The cruiser drinks more in heavy traffic stop start situations
Does it use a 1az engine and if so does it consume oil coz i have an isis with 1az engine and it consume oil and it also has some transmission hiccups
@@alvindtb watch the previous episode in the Rav series here :

Transmission also solid 4 speed .

Where did you get ecu repaired
It's what I want
For $10000 you would have bought a clean CRV or even cleaner Rav4. The buying price for that 2001 shouldn't have exceeded 450k
Is that consumption factual?...7km/l highway?
