- Ep/1 Duncan Starts off his cooking adventure in Chantaburi and then heads to the seaside town of Hua Hin to cook up some wonderful authentic Thai dishes. His first dish is the popular Pad Thai Noodles along with some other favorites.

You are the very first human being that drink pure fish sauce and say delicious!!! Lol I am addicted to Thai fish sauce but we dont drink it, we just taste it at the tip of our tongue. This is enough for tasting this miracle seasoning sauce. Btw I am Thai.
As I am Thai, I like a bit more tamarind sauce and dried shrimp for my Phad Thai.

Duncan. My wife never uses tamarind in her Phat Thai. She claims traditional Phat Thai never uses it. She says that is a Chinese influence. What is your opinion on that thought?
