A list of ingreedients would be good at the end of the video, as far as I can make out everything went into the pan in this order: Garlic Coriander Root Fresh Pepper Corns Capsicum Spring Onions Black Pepper Soft Shelled Crab (fried in flour first) Rice Wine Sugar & Crispy Garlic!!?? Sounded like cris seed garlic whatever that could be! but could be crispy garlic, could be fried garlic which is what it sounded like at the start of the vid.
It's very classy of you, Duncan, to not correct him with his "corLiander Loot". Blessed his tongue. I have to listen twice just to understand what's he was talking about, and then you casually said " coriander roots" just so your viewers can understand, without embarrassing the chef. Nice👍. Soft shell crabs is delicious 😋. My dad used to cook them and we eat with dipping sauce.
@@ThaiSabai9 thanks for the response! I love soft shelled crab but notice it can be a bit more fishier tasting than regular crab so I welcome all the aromatics!
Love how Americans Ausies and Brits go abroad learn new dishes and recepies and take them back for their ridiculously expensive restaurants. They wouldn’t allow the Thai chap to step into their kitchen and pick up one of their signature dishes now would they ?
Chef Duncan! Thank you so much for introducing a lot of incredible Thai dishes. Due to your wonderful video, I'll go to Thailand for tasting and learning. I hope you have a great day :)
손승희 Thank you for your reply. I love to hear that my Thai adventures have inspired so many people to visit this wonderful country and experience the food and culture first hand. Hope you have a fantastic journey. DTK

Hi Duncan, your recipes are great !! A question ...makes this chef the soft shell crab clean first before frying?
Hi Duncan, your seafood dipping sauce is a killer! i dip everything in it YUM! thank mate : )
u speaks/understands Thai , reason i hook on your channel bc of your Thai wife Thai women CAN cook !! Beautiful Thailand : ) That crab dish is amazingly yummy! Great channel mate!
What is the brown powder at 1:25?
I want to know too.
Are the crabs floured at all? They seem to be wearing a tiny bit of powder as they go into the pan.
they have been deep fried quickly with a little flour, cheers
Why do you not dip the crab in flour then egg then flower again for that awesome crunch??
Needs subtitle
This really needed subtitles. Can't understand a word he is saying.
Hi, you can turn on CC button for text
@@ThaiSabai9 The writtent words from CC are not accurate when the pronunciation of words are not done correctly.
Hi can u write it down the ingredient thz
why is chefs wooden spoon dirty?
Not dirty. It's well seasoned
Duncan for fucks sake mate i can't understand a goddamn word that boy says write the ingredients for us
Please cover up those tats and provide subtitles for the thai chef especially when doing a cooking show. Just my opinion and my tastes. Thanks.
Special snowflake huh
you're an idiot bc u can't accept people different from you. his english is fine
radbcc -- Agree. How people maim their bodies with ugly tats all over is unsightly. They think it looks good. Horrible.
@@ryanfromli LOL exactly ..
One is British the other is Thai, they both speaking English, don't freaking understand either one of them. LOL, May as well just shut off the volume.
