Man i hope you never fall sick especially in the US.
If I do then I'm 💀
@@ReldrikGeogod forbid if you ever do, come to india. You’ll get as good healthcare at cheapest price. Do checkout videos on medical tourism in India.
If you fall sick come to India @ReldrikGeo
@@Darth77xyes I've seen and been told about medical tourism lol
@@ReldrikGeothat's the best option, come to India, make a lot of content here which will help your channel and earn more and get treatment
Purchasing power parity of America 🇺🇸 and INDIA 🇮🇳 is an interesting video on that channel.
I will have to watch it
In India, the government provides essential food items like wheat, rice, oil, and sugar for free, along with this you can get your treatment in government hospitals for just ₹1(excluding medicines which are also highly subsidized). Plus, there's up to ₹5 lakh in free healthcare coverage annually for families. Farmers and widows also receive quarterly financial support. All these initiatives are aimed at supporting the poor.
We don't have things like this here. There are organizations designed to help the poor but even then it can be tricky.
The government has things like welfare programs but you have to jump through a lot of hoops to get it
Places like churches or private organizations give food away but usually that food is donated by others first
@@ReldrikGeo i might be wrong but ive seen videos of people in LA (mainly needy people or new immigrants) lined up outside of certain places they give free food or even sometimes shelter like for 1 or 2 nights , i dont know the specifics if it is given by the govt or other organizations but there are such programs i think. Cant say about healthcare tho thats is problem in US a lot of people say that.
Yes homeless shelters are typically first come first serve and provide temporary day by day housing or food but again it's very limited. At least compared to the size of the homeless population
you are really a relatable guy not like those robotic reviewers. Very fun to watch reactions
Well thank you, that's one thing I promise lol I won't fake who I am or be a robot
In india income is low but expense is also very low. For example a person can eat three times a day for a dollar . Quantity is also large. Some places even offer free foods for examples temples gurdwaras etc
Yes, money seems to go a lot further in India
Yes you can't compare a dollar in USA to that of India. In India you can buy alot if u spend smartly. This is why when adjust in PPP terms India is 3rd largest economy.India will easily be 2nd spot in 2035
@@ReldrikGeo
@@aswaghoshanilkumar8164but an avg person in india spend far more percentage of their wages on food than on USA.
@@SafavidAfsharid3197 What can you get for a dollar in India? I stay in Bangalore, even pani puri cost 0.50$
@@SafavidAfsharid3197but food isn't so expensive in India is it?
Bro i am not even at the first level 😂
I have to leave my confort zone
Brother 💀
those delivery apps are not scam in india blinkit for grocery ,zomato/swiggy for food these in these platforms item comes including delivery more cheaply than you will go to buy in 10-30 minutes
Is the price fair in India then?
In the US these apps raise the prices of goods and are constantly charging fees and you dont get good service unless you put in a sizeable tip. Sometimes the delivery drivers wont even pick up your stuff if you dont put in a good tip.
@@ReldrikGeo i just ordered KFC from Zomato yesterday. It took about 30 mins for delivery as the store is little far . The charge was reasonable. There is little to no Tipping culture in india . Tipping culture in USA is extreme its awful.
Let me see how much it would cost me to order KFC
Yes true, delivery app charges a flat fees of 10 Rs as platform fees . Apps like Zomato may charge 50 Rs fees for orders which are 2000 Rs or more.. but we are paying for the convenience so much time gets saved we always order via zepto
Okay, so checked the prices. To order a 3 piece chicken meal to my house it would cost me $22 USD
The app says the meal will cost $13.50 and the delivery and app fee is $5 and the recommended tip is $3.50
BUT get this. I looked up the actual cost of the meal at KFC if I were to go myself. It's $9.49 USD
So the app added $4 USD to the cost of the item.....
Problem of india is its still a pre industrial nation. The most bad decision of previous govts was to directly jump from agricultural age to service sector age . The people who entered the service sector and have good pay are having better lives than some US millionaires but the people who are not are still living the life like poor peasants. Industrialisation and reforms in labour laws , farm laws is only way .
Yes I can definitely see that this can cause many issues
I turned 23 last month, and got into a Level 3 software dev business/job this May
And as someone who still lives with his parents, I have almost 0 expenses. Its almost like a dream. I am starting to learn a lot about investing and started a long term mutual fund just yesterday
I will tell you a fact . In india if you are a beggar you can survive on just 200 to 300 rupees a day with street food only if its a tier 2 or 3 city
The income may seem abysmal compared to USA but the cost of goods , house help , food , living, medical care is also really low compared to USA.
I am from a upper middle class family. My parents and grandparents have a cook , 1 maid and a car driver.
Due to the family culture in india it also becomes very easy to take care of children when both parents are out working. We dont have to think about nanny's as grandparents are always there .
Only the extremely wealthy would have a life like that in the US
@@ReldrikGeo yeah . Some of my relatives live in California and Texas. According to them its a huge issue to manage house , job and above all children as back in India it was easier due family culture and low cost of hiring house help .
@@jyotiradityachoudhury7987yes, the big family culture is rare here in the USA
Also students and unemployed 200-300 rs per day is quite enuf in small towns and double that in cities

Ok i know people of all first three category and they more commonly don't need to send money to family, unless they are married and did not took family to city.
Yeah, I think they just went with the most extreme example for the video
Unfortunately indians dont have social security like the USA all tax money just goes to the government..
There are pension for goverment workers. And some times state government give freebies cash like 2000Rs for women but its not permanent its only for the poor like free rice etc
My grandmother lives in social security right now. My uncle helps her out with many things and she sometimes watches his kids when he works.
househelp is very comman in india, they come once or twice a day clean the house, utensils sometimes even cook
That's wild, very uncommon here unless you are wealthy

@@ReldrikGeo if you are wealthy you have more than one made

Not a fan of geoguessr? 😅 I love geoguessr, it's like a puzzle
Subscribed to your channel because you create content that shows both the good aspects and the bad aspects as well compared to many western media who want to just highlight the bad stuff to boost their ego.

You chose a great video to react , I've already seen multiple reactions on this.
this video is really informative ❤
Oh really? I dont follow or watch other reaction channels myself so I dont know what the trend is lol I just saw a comment that intrigued me
Wealth caps are justifiable if one person/corporation owning that much stuff isn't helping society overall.
If you have a wealth cap then all the wealthy people will leave the country
@@ReldrikGeo Yeah I guess they already hoard money in tax havens and will simply restructure their finance to get around the wealth cap.
@@roadrash999yup, that too. They will hide it as much as possible
Most people in India prefer to maintain themselves at level 1 because they get almost everything for free. Free grains, free housing, free everything, subsidised by taxpayers (especially direct tax payers). They don't feel the need to or aspire to better things. Better things require more effort and sacrifice. When the basic needs like food and shelter are taken care of by taxpayers, why would someone at level 1, provided he is happy with what he has now, even care about where his free stuff and subsidies come from. He could not care less about the country, the economy and so on and so forth. All he cares about is that he gets free and subsidised things.
She didn't deduct 30+% income tax for Ai engineer. That's nearly the full salary of Neeraj. Taxes are too high in India for those who want to progress
Taxes man....
To get a sense of proportion, multiply the amount by 3.4 and then turn it into US$. So in the US, it is about $650/month. (comparing by purchasing power parity)
Ah okay that would be more comparable I feel
Grippers are cleaner than shoes, as shoes are only usually reserved for outdoors here because of the warm climate.
Yeah, I take my shoes off at the door of my house
@@ReldrikGeo bro, I think there’s a growing problem of many Indians trying to find their way abroad in search for a better life, only to reach their destination to be disappointed either by facing new problems or discovering the same problems following across borders, most likely due to disregard for cost of living (PPP) calculations, so I think you’d be doing something nice if you could react to videos discussing that.
Yes I definitely can
Dude don't be in shock, In India Maid/Cook are old grandmas or aunts. Those who are either don't have any other skills.! Don't compare it with the US.
It's still shocking
"It feels illegal to watch this video for free" was also b0tt3d
Whoa yeah you are right. What's up with that
@@ReldrikGeo that channel runs “workshops” for aspiring editors, it’s plausible they’d have contacts or methods to rig the system as well for their own benefits.
Such a good content, gives detail life perspective of people at all levels. Level -1 is really hard in sense despite seeing so much glamour on social media or just in bangalore around , you have to stick to survival mode ...for ur entire life, omg. Although sometimes we forget how priviledge we are and blindly running rat race to climb from level 3 to say level 3.5(1cr) while forgetting you are already at good level. I often feel package is low and 30 lakhs are quite less for family with kids but video changed my perspective
Also btw the chart shown is only for salaried or say official reported income people, many buisness owner or huge real estate, mine owners have far larger income but somehow hidden from these charts.
I hope your channel grows to 1 Mil subs by the end of this year ❤
That would be something lol I don't know what I would do
So many indians defending India .lol .
I don't think they are defending???
It's always good to stand up and be proud of your country when warranted
@@ReldrikGeo yeah
Gr8 video to react... Keep it up 👍
Will do!
i mean the gov dont directly tax anyone earning below 8 lakh per annum and gov hospitals provide free healthcare for common diseases like cold, fever. And you also have tp consider purchasing power parity (PPP).
Yeah that's true. You don't have to give the government a part of your income unless you move up in the tax bracket
There is god tier missing in this video where you become so successful that you are too big to fail so even government try to to save you and give you insane tex cuts
The elite of the elites. The Elon Musk and Jeff Besos
In India women receive free money from Government free bus rides.. Fathers are legally bound to pay for their daughters or they are put in jail.. after marriage husband is legally bound to pay for her.. women have full lives secured by the government.. Only Men are abused this much in India 😢😢

This is a mischief video.. Aetv(whatever their name is) havnt given the duration of earnings. 16 k per month is what a guard makes and no CEO in India can earn more than 30 crore a year [3 mil a year] (not a month) . That channel is a commi channel and that's y only commis follow that channel

Yeah i agree not to be a snob but when i see how some people live outside our town (which is mostly full of middle to uoper middle class people) i feel how lucky i am, and the my question is always "why have children when you know youre barely scraping by" like i see so many homeless families with 2 kids like what 💀 stop having kids when youre poor its so simple
Unfortunately it's common for the poor to have children due to a lack of sex knowledge or the inability to buy birth control
Well she was bloating the costs a bit more than they are but it also depends on city and tier of city you live in and she is taking banglore for example here but mumbai is supposed to be more expensive and delhi is less
Take my father for example he started from level one in Blue collar and still is blue collar but he can afford home in state like delhi not in the heart of the city but still😅
And she just went on negative rout
For poor (If you can prove it to government)
You get ration(atleast 5kg grain) and alot more depending on poverty level
Free ensurance of 5 lakh rupees (regardless of income)
6000 per year if you are poor farmer or widow(women)
Free healthcare and education till 8th Standard and at the subsidised fee for rest (quality is debatable)
If you are tribal you have pendora of schemes for you (just learn to avail and deal with government officials)
You get subsidised home loan or free of cost depending on income and cast (reservation)
If you are minority you get twice the schollarship than average bhartiya
Free gass connection and refil of gas cylinder at subsidised rates
Depending on states women can get free travel (only in few states)
Women can get subsidised interest loans for business and it goes down if they are minorities or tribals or both
