Oh this was very entertaining. You should come and visit New Mexico and see the old main part of the state penitentiary. This prison had one of the worst prison riots in 1980. It's supposedly haunted!!

Humans are very creative. For every confinement method you think about there is a confined person spending a large part of their day over many, many years trying to defeat the method. This is further aggravated by condemned individuals that find unfair, undue adversity in people that may be innocent of their delusions. Looper, mentioned in the video, attacked a pregnant prison counselor right before his death. People don't find themselves at Brushy as a reforming process. The design of the prison is a consequence of that reality. The designer may be a sadist, but he is in good company with those that lived there.
You have huevos of steel. There's no way on earth i would be in a random place like that in the middle of the night Especially an abandoned prison ..You don't even sound the slightest bit nervous or scared. I wish I had your nervous system. 🤣🤣
I did time at Morgan county correctional right over the mountain there from brushy/Petros in Wartburg, and I worked a construction line outside the gates and we did alot of work there on the grounds of brushy, took alot of those doors lose you found sitting in the pods, tore down fences and maintained the power lines around the outside of brushy. The guard that was the boss of the line I worked for was there the evening that shooting happened and you have a few facts wrong. What they won't tell you, because it defaced their security so badly it made them look extremely bad, was that the pistol used was actually thrown over the fence by the shooters wife while that certain inmate was on the yard at rec. He was arian nation, high up as well, and the reason for the killings were this; a group of seven blacks were raping new white prisoners on that certain walk you were on. The Arians found this very unappealing. They made plans, and carried them out, killing not three blacks, but all seven in less than thirty seconds time. Afterwards that certain inmate went to his knees, put his hands on the back of his head, and allowed the gaurds to handcuff him. He surrendered willing. About 13 years later he was released from prison and now walks the streets of a certain northeast tn town. Little fun fact for you there ;-)
I truly enjoyed these part1/part2 abandoned prison videos. I enjoy your videos anyway but this was an awesomeness of it's own. Though, maybe I am a little bias due to the fact I worked in a prison for several years.
Probably not, most people just want to blame and punish. We'd have to admit that we need an effective mental health system of care but we don't even want to admit we need that... so sadly no.

all these guys were once little kids, never imagining they would be locked up like animals. but then animals should be treated better too. maybe teens need to spend a night in one of these to deter a life of crime.
personally i think its so wrong that over there inmates get given cable tv, they are there for committing crimes they shouldnt be rewarded. its a punisment not a freaking hotel haha
