I love the way the slope is surrounded by the rocks at 3:56, been in Alpe d'Huez for two weeks now and that exact path from DMC2 to Vaujany is my preferred one so far

Yes, I agree, that bit of terrain is great and a nice run altogether. I'm back in February to do some runs from Pic Blanc as it was closed when I was there...

I hope you'll have better weather than the last two weeks. Managed to do la Sarenne, Cassini and Glacier from Pic Blanc but never managed to motivate myself to do the tunnel haha, quite intimidating. @@ChasingSnow

@@jackylejacky4561 I'm just waiting for better weather now, next week looks good here, heading to Bansko... The runs you mentioned are the ones I'm interested in, including Le Tunnel but in particular Sarenne, which I doubt is as long as everyone claims.

Some guy told me it's actually 14km now and not 16km because the slope now ends at Le Chalvet, a relatively recent chair lift. Also it's hardly a black in my opinion, more like a red into a blue into a green. (last few kms are flat). But beautiful scenery @@ChasingSnow

@@jackylejacky4561 Herpie to Chalvet is 6.9 km as you can see here th-cam.com/video/EqTt3QIA-eE/w-d-xo.html
I have my doubts the rest will give another 7+ kms....

I'll be in Bansko next week but I'm pretty sure they use artificial snow at Kopaonik... not at Brezovica...

Where do you recommend to go ski with kids in France? No so crowded for Intermediate level, we do reds fine, don’t like moguls or off piste.

The resorts are normally full during school holidays so if you can go out of the French school holidays, the resorts should be less busy. I think any of the large resorts are fine, there are plenty of easy and intermediate runs there and you might just get the morning queue but lifts are usually not so busy starting from late morning.
