I'd have been going there next Saturday. Maybe next season when I can parallel ski comfortably in the snow dome, as I learnt next to nothing at Les Deux Alpes.
I ski practically the whole season so I camp nearby and wait for the good days. There's not much point filming with poor visibility unless it's a special occasion. Otherwise I just make videos...
@ChasingSnow, looks like you are using Garmin Virb edit voor the telemetry data? I do to. I was wondering if you are also experiencing problems in syncing the ski data with the video. I encounter the problem in which you see a blank map, and no placeable dot to sync the gps track with the video. I was wondering if you have found a solution for that?

oh nice, I wish I had a job that would allow me to take off 3 month each winter to go skiing, also too bad I live 6h away from the alps @@ChasingSnow

Hi, my GPS syncs at 0 as I use GPS from the GoPro. I have seen your problem but don't have a solution. You could try the virb edit forums?
