Great job explaining. Loved the video. Just what I needed.

thank you very much. how to show open angle between two positions?

Thank you for a nice and straightforwardly explanation of this. Now I have a question about, is it possible to show a spring made only in the mode Mechanism, to show on a drawing in addition to this method (so that the drawing shows the extended spring in the "open" version)?

That's great and helpful when you want to show snapshots of the assembly in the two positions. But what do you do, if you want to select the open or closed position in an exploded view?

Thanks for sharing, can we also create shrinkwraps from snapshot animation for packaging?

    Hi there, nice explanation.
Can we take a snapshot and save as an image? I can use the snapshot tools though but I want only the model to be appeared excluding the background.
In we take a screenshot with no background?

    Dear mister Ganzer,
I am using snapshots in the assembly mode of Creo Parametric. When I make some constraints inside the snapshot menu it is possible to define some positions in the assembly, in my case an assembly of a lineair slide. I use the When I make some changes in the ''allign two entities'' constraint to constrain two planes from two different parts. The plane representate the positions that I need in the assembly. However, when I change the definition (offset) of the plane in the part, the snapshot (the constrain inside the snapsot) does not update. I already use regeneration from the assembly and update the snapshot (right click on the snapshot and choose ''Update''). Do you have a solution for this problem?
    Kind regards,
    Patrick
