Hello, I use Creo at my new job and was used to SOlidworks before this. I am using Creo 4.0 at the moment and need a way to create assembly drawings with many parts removed. Simplified reps allows me to do this easily, however the BOM will still include parts excluded from the rep. Is there a way to force the BOM to only use parts included in the Rep?

I expected a faster boot of the drawing representation atleast after all the hard work. Creo is very annoying at times. Especially, the drawing environment, completely outdated.

When I open the drawing as View Only I loose my BOM balloons and the BOM itself has the correct number of rows but there's not text. Is there a config setting I should look for?

Hi, I'm stuck at 0:53. Under "View States," everything except "Combined state" is grayed out and uneditable for me. Any idea why, please?
I am making a dwg of a prt that has two Simp Reps: the original torsion spring, and the spring modified (both legs are cut short, and one leg is bent 90degrees).
But when I try to place a General View onto the dwg, only the modified version of the spring shows. I cannot get a view of the original spring to display.

You're probably working on a detailed part and not an assembly. I'm not sure without seeing.
