    What if the customer then repeat “yea.. I just don’t think it will work for me” even after you mirror the last 3 words?

      "What about this doesn't work for you?" > Calibrated Question
      "It seems like you have something on your mind"> Labeling for them to reveal more
      or miss label so they have a chance to correct you
      "It sounds like you don't trust me"> No, it's not that, I just feel like _________ and that's why I don't think it will work.

    mirroring wouldn't work on Thais. lol
