For time:
1 snatch at each bar
Quarterfinal:
W 145-150-155 lb.
M 225-235-245 lb.
Semifinal:
W 160-165-170 lb.
M 245-255-265 lb.
Final:
W 175-180-185 lb.
M 265-275-285 lb.
Time caps: 1 - 2 - 3 minutes

i admire the respect these competitors have for each other.
Love the dinamic duo - tia/matt. It's just such a nice and powerful friendship, they are the best and having one another training must be great to push them further. And also sharing their ideas and how they attack the task at hand must be just a dream.
I love how many times he says “if you miss one, you’re done” even after it was repeatedly shown not to be the case.
He’s more implying that if you miss, you’re not gonna be able to keep up with the others.
I love Crossfit Games. There are so many new competitors now since the last time I've watched. Everyone is killin it!

how some guys just don't do their last rep because they know they are already out, also many many drops, kindof in a hurry.. all women did all their reps even after knowing they were out, and were less about where others are and more about doing it right.

Its a number sign (#) not fuc*in not a hashtag. It was first put on a typewriter back in 1886. before that it was used circa 1850s by hand by book keepers. And to make it more ignorant, they put a "hashtag" on the screen every 20 seconds.
