- Complete coverage of the fourth Women's Individual Event from the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin. In a matter of a few minutes, the Sprint Couplet cuts the field down to 30, as competitors must perform 15 muscle-ups bookended by two 172-ft sled pushes. It's an event that looks friendly to the Americans, as Amanda Barnhart, Colleen Fotsch, and Meg Reardon all have their best performances of the Games thus far.

Maybe an older stomach problem, I have same looking distended stomach because a bad infection when I was a kid

There's no short explanation but part of it is the high monthly fee that prices out a lot of young people and there's a little bit of culty 'murrica' vibe given the connection to the military. I think its genetics and how hard you train, My partner trains 6 days a week and she could literally keep upping the weights if she wanted to like at least once a month but i told her not to because she is starting to get muscular and because I'm physically scared for my life.
Anyway if she trained like a cross fit athlete (5+ hours a day) lifting as heavy as possible I have no doubt in my mind she would look like them WITHOUT taking steroids.
I feel like people who don't train or are not around that environment can so easily accuse someone who works their ass off, of being on the gear as they eat a whole deep fried pizza with a diet coke.
It just sucks that peoples hard work can so easily be discredited by people who accuse athletes of steroids whilst sitting on their couch eating a whole tub of ice cream.

They claim that workout to be a gymnastic work out... a judge would dock you so hard for doing those. Doesn't matter if it's on a bar, rings, beam, etc. You do it with a controlled movement then use momentum to transition into another movement, not repeat the same movement.
Your gym coach would also just keep saying "Zero, zero, zero, zero, zero muscle ups"
