Shirley's Chicken Casserole
2-3 Cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 package Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 3/4 cups chicken stock
Mix melted butter with stuffing mix. Use half of this mixture to cover bottom of 9x13. Arrange the chicken over mixture. Mix together soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Add remaining stuffing mix. Pour chicken broth over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until warmed through!

Chicken Alfredo
1 Jar Alfredo (Homemade Sauce linked below)
3 cups chicken broth
16 oz. Rotini pasta
1-2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
2 cups mozarella
Spray 9x13 dish. Combine all ingredients in pan, except for mozarella. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir. Add additional broth if needed. If pasta is tender, sprinkle with cheese and bake additional 5 minutes. If pasta needs more time, add broth and cook another 10 minutes before adding cheese topping.

Every time I go east I pick up helluva dip. Best thing ever.
On this night i watch this i just sat down to eat my casserole i made in my PowerXL Airfryer! I didnt want to turn on my oven but wanted a casserole so i just went ahead and seen what the outcome would be! 🤷♀You wont know if you don't try, right? So i cooked my ground turkey with peppers and onions with seasonings until meat was done, added a bit of broth, like a 1/4 cup only, so nothing burnt as the tots airfried. but before that happened i added cheese on top of the meat then dumped a bunch of tots on top and turned the airfryer on till tots were crispy and topped with salt and pepper. Also served with green beans! lol It came out super yummy just like an oven casserole would be! So now i know and don't have to turn on my oven for a simple ground meat casserole! 🎉🤪

The first recipe you did with the tater tots is like a tater tot hot dish! It’s what we call it in Minnesota, only made with ground beef! Using chicken though looked really good!
Yum! I bet it’s good with ground beef too. I’ve made other tater tot casseroles with ground beef!
I make the French onion casserole with egg noodles instead of rice and add green beans and sliced or slivered almonds. Try it!

@@CookCleanAndRepeat OK thanks I’m actually making this house I get home three prep things in the oven and I forgot I had to do a quick order from the store but it’s all good I got this thank you so I’m actually gonna let my chicken finish defrosting I’m gonna put my mixture in the fridge pressure my crackers I’m using a garlic, butter Ritz crackers, so really I’m gonna let you know how this all goes. Thanks for the tips and I love your videos. I’m a huge fan.

It’s just what it’s called. Usually, that just means the addition of ranch seasoning, cheese, and bacon. I don’t love the term myself, but there’s a whole bunch of “cracked out” recipes out there!
Not a fan of all the creamy stuff. I would like to see some recipes without all this cream of stuff added.

2 cups of sour cream, 1 cup of bacon, 1 cup of cheese, an d a whole bag of tater tots - just in one dish! Not a budget meal - and NOT a healthy meal. Heart attack on a plate!
