Every one of these so called meals contains cancer causing ingredients : from the dairy (you can research this) to the hormone laced meat, dairy and chemical soup mix :( Keep eating this and by age 50 plus, if not sooner, far too many will most likely have cancer and chemo often will not work and radiation will most likely spread the cancer. Look at some youtube videos like "Chris Beat Cancer" who should have died years ago, but refused Chemo and completely changed his diet by cutting out all animal products (especially meat and dairy being the worst) because they contain a protein called GFI 1 which feeds cancer the most!! Almost all foods these days are made to be tasty, quick and cheap regardless of how bad the ingredients are for our bodies :( So much money is spent with "food experts" trying to make the quickest, tastiest meals which most often are the woThis is why the cancer rate is so high in western cultures. Every one is looking for quick, easy so called meals that are extremely tasty which our bodies do not even recognize as food. Chris has done so much reseach and has helped hundreds cure themselves from cancer and he and others say not to eat anything in the middle of the grocery store and no animal or dairy products and no bad vegetable oil, canola oil etc. except extra Virgin cold pressed olive. Sugar and other products are bad too (sugar from fruit is fine). Sorry not meaning to put a dampner on these videos and not everyone gets cancer, but probably thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people do, something which didn't happen as much in great grandma's day. I'm sure there are good intentions here, but eating this way however delicious it may be, will most often lead to cancer and death :) many people who live or who just lived this way and didn't take care of their bodies by consuming cheap, tasty meals have exprienced someone in their family either die or know of someone with will most likely die 😞 from this terrible disease! Often people say it doesn't matter what we eat we're all going to die anyway so we might as well eat whatever we want and I've witnesses a lot of those people dying before their time and it's often a very painful death!! Only trying to help! You can do with this what you want of course, just saying quick, tasty meals like boxed, chemical, gmo bleached refined flour full of nasty cheap sugar is definitely bad, then you add some awful vegetable or canola oil, etc. Will destroy your body!!
The one thing you should do is fry the corn tortillas first that's how I make my Mexican casseroles and I'm Mexican
Where you get the cook chicken??? Is it can chicken or store bought rotisserie chicken and you take the skin off. Do you cook the chicken n part of the chicken ( breast) how you cook it??

I love casseroles.... ❤ I am 63 and have a hard time walking,standing still . So I can sit and put these together. Hubby helps to put in oven. So keep em coming. Love your vids.
I'm 83 without a hubby too and will still try to make them. Perhaps someone could come along with recipes seniors could make on their own; or perhaps someone could recommend a seniors cook book.

My family, my husband, daughter & myself like them. We usually have them on a weekday. Then we have the leftovers for lunchtime or another weekday that we’re really busy & don’t have time to cook dinner. I especially like to make breakfast casseroles & we can use the leftovers for any meal.

I love the idea that casseroles are so filling. Best of all, I like casseroles if there are left overs. They make excellent left overs. It's nice to have a night off from making dinner and eating something that tastes great.

I recently got a new job working nights. So I was looking for more meals that I could make in the morning, for my husband to heat up when he got home. And also something we could eat for a couple days in a row. So this was Perfect! Definitely going to try that cabbage casserole next week.

My King Ranch has lots of shredded chicken / Cheddar Cheese soup / Nacho Cheese soup / 1 bag pre cooked Uncle Ben's Spanish Rice, peppers, onions, garlic, it is sooooo good. I'm sure there are many variations!

I love a good casserole. The chicken and broccoli casserole is one of my go to meals. Even if you forget to add the broccoli.😁 🐔 🥦 This is one I've made for church socials and potlucks. My husband and adult children love it, as well. Sometimes, I add leftover rice and almost always use crushed Ritz crackers with butter for the topping. I can taste it now. Yummy! 😋

Awesome sauce! The chicken and broccoli bake is reminiscent of my husband's favorite birthday meal from his childhood, Chicken Divan! I add in a little bit of curry powder for the perfect memory bite!

I love cooked cabbage. Cabbage rolls are a favorite. I was taught to place the outer leaves of the cabbage on top of the casserole. It keeps the moisture in.

They all look so good! I’m going to make the deconstructed cabbage roll one but use chili powder like my Polish mother used. And 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can tomato soup.
I made the cabbage roll casserole recipe. Very tasty, it is now in our rotation. We like the fact that we are using more cabbage than we would just making standard cabbage rolls, tastes just as good if not better.

🥰 The King Ranch is in our normal rotation. I add additional spices like cummin, chipolte, ancho chili and oregano. A little spice makes it nice. I am going to find that french onion mac and cheese one. That is next on the list. I get feeds from All Recipes and I am always trying new things that look like they will be tollerated by the finicky eaters in my house.

I absolutely love the way you said, “throw it back into the same pan as it already has a layer of flavour” instead of the majority of peeps doing cooking shows saying, “ the pan is already dirtied”…. This has always put me off…. That word should not be used when trying to make peeps want to make your food and watch your show! Thanks for creating a new, fresh and appetizing way of saying, “ no need to wash the original pan for one pot cooking”. You are tops!
