This is literally what Nintendo should have done with the movie. It's amazing to see what fans are capable of, but also sad that these passionate people will never be given the chance to create an official full-length movie or a remake with their vision.
They will be given a cease and desist letter or all hell will fall upon them by ShitTendo
NIN should BUY them OUT and have them on their Payroll working for them. That’s a no brain decision.

The scene with Fi brought tears to my eyes. No matter how far into the future, Fi is always there, maybe not visibly but her voice and presence are still known.

Sega basically did that after people saw the horror show that was the original Sonic model for the first movie. Some dude mocked up a better version and they hired him to fix the visuals for the movie.

Wow, the scene with Ganon arriving with Naburu is impeccable. The clink of the guard's spears hitting. The slow tension, the build up in the music, the tiny shuffling sounds of paper as Ganon impishly reaches for the King's invitation. Just wow. It tells a side of a story we know but with so much colorful detail. And adding Fi into the scene with the master sword was just the chef's kiss to us fans looking for those threads between the titles all the time. How do we further this into a larger project? Nintendo, find a way to work with this creator. This is what we want.
In the industry, this is just a CV flex. This guy is probably going to get picked up by some major production company.

This is crazy. Like it's too good how they kinda mesh together the characters from the other games and make them relevant to this one without being too overt. Seeing fi and the mask salesman get like a close up even tho oot isn't their story is a nice move
I'm glad RwanLink is getting the attention he deserves. This is probably my favorite fan animation project of the year. I'll be making regular re-visits to this fan film during the decade that is to come.

Out of any of the unreal engine remakes I’ve seen , when he switched too 3rd person this looked absolutely amazing for a game , the art style and design is such a vibe and looks so clean .
Thanks to IGN’s channel, this video will surely get the attention of Nintendo. Mr. Miyamoto and Aonuma will probably watch this themselves. Incredible achievement for RwanLink.

This is amazing! This needs to be made into a full-length movie detailing the Hero of Time's quest through Hyrule, starting with his humble beginnings in the Kokiri Forest and ending with the final climatic showdown with Ganondorf in Castle Hyrule.

🔹Is it the engine or the spec's of their hardware? PC's running either of the newer titles deliver a visual treat; seeing little to no issues with how the engine operates. Unfortunately, Nintendo has this crisis where they want to have an innovative console that pushes a neat but simple gimmick, like waving controllers, at the cost of them not having stronger hardware that meets their peer's graphical processing power. Why don't they push the hardware limits? Gotta keep them lower price than the competitors. So, their console has special user controls, and their titles require the input from them. Can't push console sales if they release titles on the PC market, so sadly modern hardware limits won't coalesce with their IP's unless they make a fundamental change to their business structure. Leading the designers to see graphics as lesser concerns, while shifting more focus into fun and interesting gameplay.
🔸As well, the slower framerate on animations and the Ghibli signature style really make this unique. A game done in this exact aesthetic with an emphasis on the classic Zelda gameplay formula would make the nostalgia-hungry fans satiated for a few years... Until they demand more, because that's what they do. Can gamer's ever be satisfied or does our attention span really suffer so badly we can't play one thing for more than one week? Tune in next week for more game rants.

This would be one of if not best ways to remake the game. While the main game is still there, the way that it functions and moves with it's differences in graphical detail will allow and give the older game a REAL FRESH remake; and not a simple port over. It would be enough to satisfy younger gamers while still bringing in the OG gamers because the feel and look of the game is DRASITCALLY different YET.... the same. This is perfect in my eyes.
