I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen a body work short without 3k in specialized tools. Big 👍
Skill trumps fancy tools (but if somebody wants me to review some fancy tools, send’m over)😁😁
@OldBondoBilly Billy managed to refine skill from pure cop on in 1976. Its available for 9.99 from all convenience stores nationwide. Its called eau de Billy. 😂
You are awesome 😊
I'm a retired ancient body man. Thanks for sharing your work! I appreciate your "Good ol fashioned" style of getting things done without an anchor in a floor pot or a 20T puller. I used a Winnebago once to pull out the front end of a Ranger that kissed a pole. I get it.
Get’r done!😁😁
For me, it was an old tow chain wrapped around a phone pole to pull out a fender knocked back an inch or so, jammed into the passenger side door of a '76 Buick LeSabre. Had it pulled out enough to clear the door and look nearly normal in about 2 minutes.
One of The best body repair video out there. Fack those aholes with $3000 tool trying to repair a minor dent and call themselves experts. 99% of ppl don't have those
They just keep quacking... Did you SHARE MY SHIZZLE?
Damn bubba you are pretty good reminds me of my uncle Richard right on
Knowledge, knowhow and Technique.

❤🎉
Ngl my door did the same thing so I just kept bending it when opening and over time it has destroyed my fender piece so really wish I would’ve seen how easy it could’ve been back then lol
👍 👍
Billy,
Where do you live, brother?
Some tape on the hammer head just sayin sir 😮😅
👍🏻👍🏻🖖🏻
Thank you
What is that tool called ?
Scraper
What kind of tool is that to pull it out
It’s called a slide hammer. It has a 12 pound weight with a hole through the middle of it and slides back on the rod that the attachments connect to. If you have a serious damage, you could put a big hook on it and really bang it hard.
I have the same issue with my car but I don’t have a slide hammer is there something else I can use to pop it out?
I don’t know I’ve always had a slide hammer😗😗
What would it take to learn from you
Watch my videos or attend my upcoming classes😊😊
Do you have a fix for a Silverado that the wind cought the door and folded the door around into the door hinges I just bought the truck and it's perfect besides that one little hickey I don't really want to try to match the color to fix it the way I Know how to
I’d take the door off and put the hinges pins back in and use my 12 pound slide hammer hook to bang the hinges backwards so the door will fit right again😉. Oh; also new hinge pins, because you’ll probably have to cut the old ones to get them back out of the hinge…
@@OldBondoBilly the door still fits perfectly the problem is where the front edge of the door came in contact with the hinges it peeled the edge back
@@CCAutoWorks well, you’ll still have to take the door off and hammer and dolly that front lip back into shape🙂
@@OldBondoBilly that's kinda what I was thinking but didn't want to crack the paint anymore then what's already done thanks for the tips
@CCAutoWorks Maybe heat it with a heat gun? Then use the slide hammer.?Billy B what's your thoughts?
It's a Chevy. You can just leave the dent! LOL
I take all money, Chevy or otherwise😁😁
@@OldBondoBilly yea ik. Just playin'
Fixed dent and left a bunch of scratches lol
Painted it after fixin🙄🙄
I have a jeep xj owned by someone who didnt want to let her live. Dont think thisll cut it
We've got something to cut it
Is how about buying a spoon dolly
How about you just watch the master use the right tool for the job and don’t worry about playing with dollies🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Some tape on the door,.... please.
That’s what the putty knife is for; money waster🤣🤣
@@OldBondoBilly
Prying on a painted surface
is a fools errand.
@@Steven-re3tx be that as it may, I’m not prying on anything 😉😉
Stay off the panel that gets no paint.
Simple body shop rules.
ALLOFTHEM.
Without arguing,...
It’s a chebby man don’t bother
Don’t be hatin’🤣🤣
