Uranium when processed in pressurised heavy water reactor becomed Plutonium that is mixed with Thorium and used in Fast breeder reactors. Plutonium is U239.

Stage 2 is the most difficult one stage 3 is almost the normal fission reactor currently in use in normal uranium based reactor.
