@@AJ-zg5xw The probelm is Nepal don't act as a buffer state for India to stop expansion of china, in fact Nepal can be used by China to exploit Indian territories. As the current government in Nepal has more pro-china and anti-india stance, I think it would've been a great decision to take Nepal under our territories.

India should also seriously work on buying/ occupying territory from Myanmar so that our North eastern states are connected to the Bay of Bengal. this would reduce our dependency on the Siliguri chicken neck corridor.

At the same time we were blessed by Nehru being the first pm of India for almost 17 years (precisely for 316 years and 286 days), and hence because of their ideology we did massive blunders as a nation. And we still suffer the wounds created by these so-called great leaders.

We can negotiate with Myanmar and take control of the island. India can come into Myanmar Government that Civil Administration can be run by local bodies but Military control wil be Indian. We can see this as a test bed for further acquisitions of Akshay Chin from China and various other areas captured by China from India.
