Hey bro this doesn’t really have anything to do with the video but I was wondering what bars you used for the vstar bobber build because I wanna get some apes that will fit my vstar 1100
Great Video, I was just talking to you on facebook. Have a couple of questions for you. Would this be the same process if my Ram is a 2WD. Would the 2500 2WD springs and leaf springs be a direct bolt on? I know you got the 2500 4WD springs instead of 2WD correct?
My truck is a 2wd so this process is designed specifically for a 2wd. If you watch both videos, the rear leaf springs are the 2.5wide HD springs, I included the part number in the video. As for the front, they are the 2500 2wd coil springs. 4x4 front springs won’t fit 2wd. When it comes to the coil spacer or “level kit” I bought the 4x4 version (2inch spacer) and modified it, you could easily buy the 2wd spacer and just install it. Just happens I found a 4x4 spacer on market place dirt cheap and have the tools to make it work Hope that helps
Nice work

I made my own bars for the Vstar build. If you send me a message on Instagram I can make you a set to your specs

Any suggestions on which shocks to buy? I did a 3in level on my 98 2wd 1500 and it rides pretty rough 😆
