650 frame is a bit different then 1100 as the swing arm is less offset and you can easly hardtail it. you would need to make a big spacer on brake side but that's it. i've done that on mine with stock uprises and it looks great.

I’ve got a similar 650 version I’ll be working on. And hopefully finally iron out the foot clutch and jockey shift setups for both 650 and 1100 bikes… also producing new 2-1 intake manifolds

Hey, do you still make the Choke conversion kit? In an earlier video you show how it replaces the choke lever on the handlebar
