Biggest problem with that house gone b the well water that system is way different from regular u have to pay to treat the water and maintenance and some have high mineral problems that leaves stains on clothes when washing and stains on dishes

My concerns are snakes coming out from between trees in back yard and lighting at night. Obviously I plan on properly lighting my property but area lighting is a concern.
