Although it wasn't mentioned. Not only is the 3-in trackball a GRS new arcade product, but also the 2.4 GHz technology is also GRS technology that was developed by us for New Wave toys😊
Can the deluxe trak-ball stick be used on USB-compatible devices for other trackball games?
According to Glen (of GRS), it's a USB connection so yes, it should work with other usb enabled devices.
Wow a good amount of golden tee golf games.
I think I'll end up getting this, but like everything I never pre-order, I'll be paying $399 and getting it once it releases!
I never knew what everyone sees in Golden Tee. World class bowling is a much better game.
Looks awesome and NWT has the best replicade products, but this a hard pass for me. I have nostalgia for the 70’s and 80’s. Correct me if I’m wrong, is this the most modern product they have ever released.
@jimpacersfan if you want to get technical, their first replicate, I believe, was Street Fighter 2 which came out in 1991. The original golden tee came out in 1989, which is why this is labeled a 35th Anniversary edition. However, all of the games on here came out in the 90s or 2000s, starting with Golden Tee Golf 3D in 1995. So I guess it depends on how you look at it. 😁
I’m in on one Replicade, sure… got all the others. I’d be interested in the GRS collaborations in the future, hopefully. I wish they had a shot of it in the mix with their other machines.
Will this save high scores? Long putts, drives, etc...?
Don't know. I haven't played the original in a long time (back in my college bar days lol). I would think if the arcade version did this would too. But, fir sure that's something Shilo could answer when Glen interviews him on Friday Evening.
