Originally I was thinking of the AtGames Legends or 3 player pedastel option. But in the end I am now all in for the full arcade version. It just too nice to pass and SS was one of my favs back in the 80s. Gotta sell a few 1ups to make room and help fund it.
I have my $1,000 ready. The NEW price of a Super Sprint in 1986 was $3,450 😅 So this new one has not been affected by inflation and you get way more games. You are correct, they are all arcade versions, no consoles.
I am 100% buying the full cab. Games are not that important to me. I will delete and add what I like. Tons of Atari 2600 paddle titles that would be fun in this form factor. Look and feel is what I am after. I know how to do games on a pc. Off Road is my choice for sure.
You may want to check with their team about adding games and then configuring the wheels. The games it comes with they have tested and configured so that each plays great with the steering wheel. The steering wheels were custom built by them, so not sure what is involved with configuration of their wheels if you add new games. Might be no big deal, but since they made their own wheels, you may just wanna find out.
I wonder how games like Daytona and Cruisn will play with this 360 wheel . I was hoping for the older Sprint games too but maybe there are no MAME versions of those .
Buy Stuff said that the original black and white versions of Sprint used a 4 speed manual so they are trying to figure out how to do that with just a button shift. So, it could be added later which would be cool.
