- In this video I describe and create 3 SNEAKER HACKS TO MAKE UNION AIR JORDAN 4s BETTER!
Super simple changes to make the look more traditional of the Air Jordan 4 Retro. Simple Lace Swap, removing the stitches in the tongue to reveal the Union Jordan logo, and cutting the window out of the clear plastic wings make very small changes but provide a lot of impact IMO! No, not at all! The solid window is the soul of that shoe... you have every other model with cut windows, why don't you just enjoy these as they are or dont buy them if you dont like them how they are 🤷♂️

If the jumpman wasn’t so low they be igh but folded makes the tongue too low it coulda been a lil higher in the first place
the more you look at em... that colorway is fire. It looks like a slushie on a hot day or something. They honestly killed it dude I think ppl just had to get used to it.
The colors were a little jarring to me at first but grew on me....and after you explained about the carryover from the AJ1 and seeing that correlation I dig it. I like the yellow laces for the same reason as you...coz it actually works with the shoe and matches that small union tag. Lastly, the materials used are great...that suede looks buttery and cut really thick. That was a major standout for me.

Almost reminds me of the pure platinum/solar Y2 release, except I prefer the lighter pair this time around. Glad I kept my energy on these.
Homies hated on me for the adidas zx8000 vapour pink but when these come out they suddenly ok with some pink. I dig the pop these will have with some darker jeans. Nice look.

I am not going to lie I was big on the pink pre release. But once I saw them on feet with pics honestly wasn't feeling it. I tried for the Black and once I got in hand I was lkke omfg these are beautiful. Now I just got to get my actual size.

I personally would get some off white orange laces and add some paint speckle to the midsole and your changes to really set it off
Took the wrong stitching out. Now my Guava has no tongue. Just the shoe and lace.

Prolly flip the blk tongue label upside dwn and maybe even over the top lid like an AJ 1. Could drill four perforated holes in the corners of the implied cut out center rectangle piece. But instead just draw dashes to kinda say "cut here".
This was my favorite color combination out of the pack. I was a little depressed when I found out that the guava ice would be a Union LA exclusive. I personally like stuff that’s different, not usually one to ride the high train. Was super happy I hit on sneakers app for the community gardens. I’ll keep my fingers crossed I can hit on October 16 for one of the three pairs. 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
The lace swap was the hit for me 🔥🔥🔥, you could’ve done the double lacing too.

yea i didnt like them at first but after seeing more pics after release i completely changed my mind. im like in love w/ both of them & seeing this damn near made me drool, lmao! can't afford them rn, but im hoping to be able to own them & proudly wear the heck out of them sooner than later! if so im def gonna try to get the straps cut like you did these, that just gives it a whole new look. you just gained a new subscriber tho, lol.

I just got these in the mail today they are a size 8 and im a size 13 ive loved the union 4s since the first pic came out i need to finesse this 8 to 13 and i saw a post that they are dropping the whole collection on snkrs but it got pushed back to october 16th
