I just had my surgery on Monday. Today I'm on Day 6. Your videos have been extremely helpful!!!! I been doing my lil walks everyday, just taking the dogs out and getting fresh air helps sooo much! But making sure I'm not overdoing it and listening to my body.❤
Iam 14 months post up total hysterectomy leaving ovaries I had endo/ando best decision I ever made couldn’t have children and I’m 43 no complications and would do it all over again ❤
